The best restaurants serving Indian food in Kingston upon Hull, City of Yorkshire and The Humber

Dined in with my friend on a Thursday night. We were warmly welcomed on entering, seated and served almost immediately which would expect as only one other table taken. Was given advice by the server regarding dishes and food was served in a timely manner. Food was very tasty. I had a chicken puri and chips and my friend ordered the 4 course for an amazing price of less than £20! All good hot, flavoursome and portion sizes good with plenty of meat in them. Service was friendly and efficient by all staff. Will definitely return.

Visited bank holiday Monday lunchtime The staff were brilliant. Proper service with a smile The food was amazing. We didn’t realise that the side orders were all included. I had fish pakora, chicken makhani, turmeric potatoes, daal and rice plus a lovely Indian rice pudding. All for £14.95 Small dishes but certainly enough to fill us up Our only issue was the drinks are pricy but we will go back

Visiting from Glasgow, and seen this place was highly recommended. From the off the staff couldn’t be any more helpful and the food was great as well. Starter we had a mixed grill kebab between us. Portions are very generous. For main we had karahi Lamb was cooked to perfection and also we had the king prawn tandoori. Prices are very reasonable with a meal for 3 with starters, mains, breads and rice with drinks at a reasonable £70. Will definitely be back, nice cozy atmosphere in the place and staff are very polite.

Respectfully, There is absolutely nothing special about the masala special donner, just like normal donner meat. The beef vindaloo, the taste was nice. Just beef was very chewy. When I order from my regular Indian the beef falls apart in my mouth. And lastly . The mint garlic sauce. Had zero mint init. Pure garlic. Great service. But based off the food I received tonight. It's a 5/10 rating.

This place does not exist it is now open as VK take away, it never opened as an Indian restaurant, we have just received a menu for VK restaurant takeaway today October 15 2020

Had curry here for the first time after having curries from lots of other places and have always been disappointed. However... The food from here was exceptional, portion sizes were fantastic, everything tasted so fresh. We will definitely be ordering again!! Bonus the delivery guy was so friendly.

Left me waiting 45 minutes for a Foodhub order then cancelled.
