The best restaurants serving Italian food in Bolton North West

Advertised as Fish Finger and Tartar Sauce Panini which sounded good but what was served was extremely poor. Poor quality fish finger with grey fish, cheap panini, limp salad with low cost tasteless frozen chips. I wouldnt serve that meal to a child never mind ask for money for it! To add further insult 2 x fish panini meal, tea & a water cost just short of £26.00 which is absolutely shocking! Definitely won’t be returning

We visited as a table of 8 for a works do. Great food, portions are huge and everyone's meals were tasty. We all had starters and mains with drinks and it was very reasonably priced. Service was fast however could be a bit more friendly and remember to smile. Other than that would highly recommend to visit

Easily the best pizza in Bolton by a mile. Not your standard pizza at all. You know the ones, tastes like sugar and identical to everywhere else. Well that's not the the case here . Really high quality tastes like it was made from scratch.

We have visited Nabucco several times, it’s a super restaurant, the ambience, the decor, the staff are all super and as for the food, well that’s super too! Try it, well worth a visit.

Best Pizzas in Bolton. Been a customer since they first opened in the 80's. Excellent food

Came here and enjoyed our visit . Staff friendly and considering it was a Sunday , no issues with service or food time . Previously had pepperoni pizza and love it , but decided to go for carbonara this time . Was really nice and decent size . As much as I like it here I would only come when I have a voucher or offer as it has gone very pricy if you pay full price . That’s the only negative I have noticed in few occasions . Garlic bread with caramelised onion good but again slightly overpriced in my opinion . Would come again if I have offer

Went on Christmas Day. The food was superb, perfectly cooked steak, great wine choice and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend

I passed this restaurant every day when I was on jury service and loved the flowers around the front door. Last night my husband and I finally got round to visiting. It did not disappoint. The food wasn't cheap but it was incredible quality and worth every penny. The service was great, very attentive. My husband was tempted away from his usual calzone too. The only thing we disagreed on was whether the tiramisu or creme brulee was better and lets face it, this isnt the worst choice we could have. Will definitely be back

SO disappointed with our recent takeway. Used to be such a great pizza/paste place, always hot, fresh and authentic. Tonight, our pizza looked incredibly unappetizing, covered in orange cheese (presumably cheddar) lacking tomato sauce and with mimimal, low quality toppings. The pasta was supposed to have a bolognese sauce however was nothing like this and seemed to have been made with turkey and was inedible. A complete waste of money and really shocked at the decline of a once fantastic pizza takeaway.

Got the food delivered , the people where nice however the pizza we received was not at all like the pictures or reviews, the pictures showed a nice neopolitan pizza however what we received was nothing of the sort. the pizza still tasted nice enough however not what we were expecting.

Stayed here for one night, comfortable clean rooms. Good food and well kept beer. Fantastic walking in the area.

I have been here before with my partner about 6 years ago and had a good experience, 14th Dec 2024 was a poor experience, family meal for 20 was booked for 19.30 and we didn't receive our main meal till 21.30, starters came in dribs and drabs, young none attentive staff walked up and down the table but was not removing empty plates or asking if we needed drinks, even though the table had many empty glasses, we had to keep going to the bar for our own drinks, I advised the staff at the bar of this twice but it didn't improve, even though they got my order wrong the food was good, at the end we was advised that we couldn't pay for our meals individually and had to be paid in one payment, putting the pressure of paying for the whole party of 20s meals on a family members credit card. Beautiful restaurant and location, good food and chefs being let down by young poorly trained front of house staff......

April 2023 Very disappointed in my experience at Prezzo. My daughter who is 7 ordered a child's menu spaghetti and informed me she had metal in her mouth. Spat the metal out and yes there was a big sharp piece of metal in her food. Very large lump. Very concerned this could have been very dangerous if she had swollowed or ingested the metal. Informed the waiter. Had to ask for the plate to be removed and new food ordered. No apology from the chef or senior management which I would expect from a serious incident. No concern or reassurance provided for my daughter that was very distressed from metal hurting her teeth. Extremely concerned about the experience.
