Best Bubble tea around. I had the Crème Brûlée which was fantastic! The tapioca was really soft and fresh, unlike the stuff one often finds with the chains. Lovely, welcoming staff. Fantastic choice too. Next time I’m in the area I will be trying one of their desserts too. I can’t recommend SIPP in Dalston highly enough.

A quality place for a coffee and some food And the famous chicken wrap is second to none

Very cozy and sunny with South-facing windows. I wouldn't recommend the Turkish coffee, however.

This place is great! Ella the barista was a delight and gave us not only great coffee but also good advice on what we should do for the rest of our day when we were struggling to make plans. Will be coming back for sure!

Returned to London after many years and wanted to have breakfast in a proper caff (greasy spoon). The Hope was perfect. They have all the traditional menu options and other variations including vegan options. The owners were so lovely and friendly and up for a chat. Wished we could have come back to try the lunch menu. Cash only. Good value.

The brunch was recommended by a friend. The food is very delicious. All the ingredients are fresh and of good quality. The portions are also large. Highly recommended. There happened to be a lot of people on the day we dined. The service staff in the store were short-staffed, but they were still very enthusiastic and professional to provide the best service. The food was served very quickly. It is a place we will definitely visit again.

My favourite London coffee shop. Brunch is absolutely delicious (highly recommend the sweetcorn fritters) and the owners are so charming and kind.
