Went here for the first time and it’s very nice . The food is amazing and the staff very polite and professional .

Not many proper pubs left in London. This one has the pool table, shabby carpets, suspicious urinals, grumpy geezers. I love it. It used to do Thai food as well, that staple of the south west London pub scene in the nineties. I wish it still did, it feels like it does. This ain't for tourists, but to be it feels like the last spit and sawdust boozer in Chelsea and long may it stay that way.

We held a private event in The Oakley Room and everything was wonderful. Our service from Michaela was excellent - warm, friendly and personal. The food was amazing, even for our large party size. The events team were really helpful and responsive in the lead up to the event. I would definitely recommend and use The Phene again for future events.

Queríamos reservar uno de los puestos de flores para un té de la tarde. 3 días antes de nuestra llegada llamé innumerables veces a la sucursal porque tenía algunas preguntas antes de reservar. Nadie contestó el teléfono. Decidí enviar mis preguntas por correo electrónico. Una respuesta vino bastante rápido de Anum, pero no respondió a ninguna de mis preguntas, era como si no leyera mi correo electrónico, simplemente escribió un correo electrónico que no tenía nada que ver con el mío. Respondí y le pedí que respondiera a mis preguntas, pero no he recibido respuesta alguna. El día que llegamos a Londres, fuimos al café con la esperanza de que alguien pudiera responder algunas preguntas, pero nos rechazaron. No está interesado en nuestra costumbre. . No puedo decir lo decepcionados que estábamos. Perdí 3 días solo para que me rechazaran. No recomiendo EL&N café, no están interesados en sus clientes en absoluto. No es de extrañar que hoy en día esté medio vacío, nada como solía ser.

Fait Maison Salon de The London So disappointed 979642490 My friend and I booked your Gloucester Road restaurant on 5th November having carefully studied your web site and menus. We were astonished to find that when we asked for the wine menu we were told you served no alcohol....there was no mention of this on your web site. We settled for tap water and ordered our food disappointedly. Once finished, and having to leave our seats to request the bill, we were told that the meat we had just eaten was halal which is totally against our beliefs. Once again there was no mention on web site nor menu nor waiter when he took our order. Call me stupid but you have a French name, call yourselves "Mediterranean" and have no mention of your real heritage on your web site. This ruined what was supposed to be a special treat for my friend and I. I do plead with you to make changes to avoid offending other potential customers and spoiling their special outings. Thank you for your attention.

Debo de haber pasado este pub tantas veces, pero nunca hemos estado en hasta hoy cuando estábamos buscando comida en un pub. No estaba muy lleno y la decoración es peculiar y colorida. El pub es algo un poco diferente en esta zona.
