The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Lansdown Cheltenham South West

Met up with a friend here last week and was impressed with how lovely it was inside. The food was incredible and so tasty.

Has a room labelled the games room with no games in it.

The Place looks like a historical big pub for having a beer for workers. The Service is friendly and helpful. Now to the food Starters 2.5 out of 5 Not very special not cooked with the needed love for food. All starters we tried did not reach near to cooking excellence nor was filling - what for a french restaurant is not expected. Mains Duck al orange was well cocked and that is the only positive with it. The expected orange sause was missing and the little red cubache was overcocked and was missing any interesting nor slight apple taste instead is was so sweet that it could also be a kind of Desert. The accompanying potato grating was unexpected pretty good. The cornfed Chicken was just boring coming with some well cooked potato halfs. All together a 2.5-3 out of 5 After all that we were not filled up but refused to order Desert - this is to be expected much better at home.

Excellent cafe within the museum. Museum provides lots of kids activities. Service is good and pricing is reasonable.

Rubys at Dundry Garden Nursery is excellent for morning coffee and cakes, lunch or afternoon tea and scones (the full menu is offered all day). We often meet friends there for Sunday lunch. All the hot dishes (casseroles, pies, quiche, fish cakes etc) are home cooked and fruit crumble and custard cannot be bested. Highly recommended.

Ben was brilliant, food is good and we got plenty of drinks - strawberry daiquiri was on the table constantly which was great! Ben was a brilliant waiter and kept the drinks flowing!!

Nice place for a sit down meal or food. The ice cream is also delicious! Good vibes in Montpelier and very close to the Jazz festival.

Ok for a late pint, but not a place to spend too long at.

What a lovely little bar ! Visited Cheltenham for the first time and found this place to sit down and have a catch up with friends. No music or fruit machines meant we could chat and actually hear each other, which was a nice change. To then find it had a wide range of Sam Smiths beers and excellent food as well was a bonus !

I visitedthis restaurant after we had been racing at Cheltenham on Sat 14 Dec. I had four good price winners so I was in a gery good mood! We both had the Christmas menu, which was excellent. The restaurant was very clean, service excellent and the food superb. Will certainly be making a return visit, probably after racing at Cheltenham at the end of January.

Came with my three year old to visit the play cafe and have some lunch after seeing Cheltenham rocks Instagram post. Arrived to a near empty sandwich fridge and no children's food whatsoever. When I enquired if they had a menu I just got a no just what's out. The space is fantastic and definitely what Cheltenham needs to visit with little ones during the week but no hot food and no children's options was really disappointing.

The place is infested with midges - not one or two but hundreds - not what you want to be bitten by whilst eating lunch and drinking your coffee.
