Went for coffee and toastie but really Can't understand why you are given one small serviette that is put UNDER your hot toastie. No fork so have to use fingers and no extra serviettes available

Great food comes out at a decent time, always shows any major football matches. Friendly staff with good drinks. Would definitely make my regular drinking hole

Such a dostater of an experience, sadly I will never forget. Where to start? Staff don't get paid. Refunds are never honoured. Food cold/ under cooked. 1 hour wait in-between courses. Over priced The buildings falling apart. Avoid the potholes on the way in, better yet, avoid Rowley Manor all together. It's such a shame to see the new owners let a beautiful piece of British history and culture rot away while they maximize there profits. Any thing for a quick profit

Staff always very helpful and friendly. Natalie especially remembers my order! ( creature of habit!!) clean, calm environment in ideal location.

La joven con el pelo oscuro me sirvió, ella era cálida y acogedora, explicó que los hornos se habían roto arreglándose al día siguiente, todavía tenía una gran elección de cosas dulces. Tengo un delicioso brownie de selva negra, tan suave, espeso y delicioso, no mucho cerezo, realmente rico. También la tarta de chocolate súper suave, capa gruesa de chocolate, galletas manchadas y mi tarta de queso de galleta favorita es perfecta, muy recomendable. Había sido un día ajetreado, con hornos que no funcionaban uno pensaría que estarían estresados. Sé que lo haría, pero eran animados, felices, agradables y parlanchines. Solo un ambiente tan agradable y un equipo amable, enorme gracias a la joven que ordenó mi orden de pastel, mis hijas y amiga estaba zumbando 😀

Love popping in to see the staff for a coffee, before I get my train. Amber and Sarah are very chatty and always remember my order.

Lovely little spot for a quick meal or cuppa. Nice and relaxed for catching up with people. Plenty of space. Decent selection on the menu and always prepared quickly, plus lots to grab and eat from the chillers.

The website listed in the Google review opens a virus infected website. This will attempt to install viruses on your device. Your phone will then ring from an 0333 number. Do not click on their website. Very very very dangerous. Also their actual phone number doesn't work.

Had a superb Christmas dinner. The whole experience was excellent from super friendly staff, efficient seating and superb food.

we was at your Hull store today and not only was the service extremely poor and slow, we waited almost 35 mins between the first dessert reaching us to the last one reaching us so we didnt all eat together, which is what we expect on a family day out. every one of the four orders was wrong and missing items, my partner had to change what she was having twice as you didn't have what she wanted. my daughter ordered a hot chocolate which was forgotten all together until reminded, and when we finally got the waffles they was cold and I had to ask to have them warmed up. just an absolute awful experience, all for the pleasure of almost 50 pounds on desserts. to top it off it was cold and rainy outside and the air con was set to full and it was absolutely freezing the whole time we was in there. just absolutely awful.

Came here for coffe and cake,had to sit outside because it was not very clean the full place wants a refurbi...ment. Will not be returning

A mistake with milk alternatives was made, I asked for oat however with the plastic screens everywhere meant the cashier must've misheard. I couldn't take the two lattes because of the dairy allergy, I offered to pay the extra for the new milk. The attitude and glare I got from women making the drinks was disgusting. I work in hospitality myself and know that mistakes are made just part of the job, so for the reaction from her was unacceptable. The actual cashier was really polite and apologised. (Not only that her hair was down, I know that working with food and drink this is really unhygienic)

I was booked to do a disco /karaoke for a private party... What great Staff... the venue is amazing... Highly recommended 👌

Costa next doorwas full so I thought I would have a coffee and a wrap at Subway. I was the only customer. Both food and drink were awful, but the real horror is the loo. No paper and the toilet stained and held together with duct tape.
