High up on the wall of this restaurant, is a plaque dedicated to the Unity of the Brethren or the Moravians. They established their chapel on this spot back in 1750's and worshiped there until it was destroyed by a bomb in World War II. The church then relocated to their "God's Acre" or graveyard off the King's Road in Chelsea. Perhaps part the Moravian legacy of this place is that it remains the seat of justice for the UK with many legal chambers and offices nearby.

Long waiting times on a Friday evening. The served food was different from the order twice which the waiter admitted as being incorrect. They did all they could to correct the situation, which we appreciated. But I think he could have used a pad to take the order on, rather than trying to remember a fairly complex order for 5 people. Otherwise the location is pleasant, well spaced tables, a wide range of traditional Romanian dishes.

Great place, each room is dedicated to a specific aeroplane and log burner in each room. Lovely welcoming staff and lovely and warm the weather outside was extremely cold. The food was delicious the best rib eye steak Ive ever had. We don’t live in the area were just visiting but now looking to come back to the area just to come back to the pub

We visited after a cold and muddy walk. The venue was nice and warm inside and the staff accommodated our group of 9. Our group required oat milk and gluten free bread which the staff were able to provide. They allowed our dog inside and gave them a drink of water. We each ordered a coffee which came with a biscoffe biscuit, which is always a nice treat. Some of us ordered bacon barms, I enjoyed my brew and butty very much. Had to ask for sauce but staff responded quickly. The room was decorated for Christmas and had twinkle lights around the clocks which added to the warm atmosphere. Very pleasant visit and would recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about the Flemings Mayfair Hotel. The attentive and positive customer service they offer allows us to relax and enjoy our time in London. Not only are the rooms incredible, but I'd argue the offer the most delicious breakfast and coffee in London. With good connections into London's city centre, the Flemings Mayfair Hotel is the perfect gem for a long weekend trip with family and friends.

After previous experience for lunch with group of friends I chose this place for my birthday dinner with family. Last time I go there! First experience was ok and food was ok but this visit was such a let down. After browsing the menu I decided on fish and chips. Boring but the pie was meat and potato with potato (chips) and didn’t fancy the rest. We were not told about the specials and only discovered there was a specials list after we’d finished! But at this point I overheard waitresses offer the specials to several other guests arriving! Hmmm. Anyway fish and chips. Basic and easy to cook - arrived and the chips were so over cooked you couldn’t get a fork in them. Awful and oily! The fish batter was no better either. Complained and they brought another bowl of chips but arrived after we’d finished everything else. Attitude of staff was poor. Ordered coffee and peppermint tea - brought us lukewarm coffee and black breakfast tea 🤷🏻♂️ What an awful birthday treat out. At least our daughter enjoyed her chicken burger. Won’t be returning.
