A pesar de ser un bar que no se presenta como demasiado formal, se le negó la entrada porque uno de nuestro grupo vestía pantalones cargo que aparentemente parecían joggers. Mientras tanto alguien entró en lo que parecían pantalones cortos deportivos. Cuando preguntamos dónde estaba escrito este misterioso código de vestimenta, el personal, incluido el gerente, no pudo darnos una respuesta. El gerente fue particularmente grosero y desdeñoso, sin mostrar empatía o habilidades sociales básicas. Attended the excellent open mic session, I enjoyed the evening as it is a great mix of fun and friendly inclusive people. We loved the food available which is a very generous portion costing between £12-£15 is is never a disappointment.

Despite its prime location, this coffee shop falls short. Contrary to its 'Canada's Favourite Coffee' claim, the counters are often unmanned. The atmosphere lacks the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the cozy ambiance of competitors like Costa. Furthermore, the dirty and poorly maintained washrooms were a letdown. Overall, this coffee shop feels lifeless and fails to deliver the warm experience one expects.

Just ordered the curried goat. I managed 2 bites and had to chuck it. The meat smelled like it was bad, tasted absolutely disgusting.

Very bad experience. I was invited to my friend's 40th birthday party. At the last day time of the party was changed, party was delayed for more than two hours. When we came - tables were not ready jet and we had to wait more about 30 minutes. Service was awful. Tired, lost waitresses without any smile on their faces. Food was not bad, but after all it couldn't fix the situation.

Staff are lovely. I like to order veggie patties from here as I’m vegetarian. It tastes flavourful and authentic. The veggie patties are always available too, which I’m grateful for as other Caribbean takeaways I go to often do not have it available.

Friday night catch up with the girls - lovely ambience as always and great staff, friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Two of us were dining - great burgers, one chicken and one “authentic utter” with all the trimmings. One of our group just staying for drinks was delighted to find a selection of fruit teas available 😃 A lovely evening - thank you.
