The best restaurants serving Other international-cuisines food in England

I stopped here for lunch and ther service is abysmal. They have two staff taking orders and making drinks (very very slowly) there is no table ordering service so you have to join a long queue to order. One of the staff did not even know how to open a bottle opener. On a positive it gave us time to see the quality of food that was coming out and is nowehere near the value for the prices they were charging so decided to give the food a miss. I settled for two coffees after a 25 minute wait. This place does not know what it wants to be, a bistro or a restaurant it is not. If you want good value proper (non snack) food avoid this place and go to one of the many pubs in Kew.

Durante los últimos tres años hemos cenado en The Real Jerk al menos 5 veces. Cada vez la comida ha sido buena, pero el servicio que comenzó como lento, ahora se ha vuelto farsa. En nuestra visita más reciente el lugar tenía cinco mesas con los clientes. Fuimos mirados arriba y abajo por la camarera hosca que luego nos lanzó algunos menús sabrosos, y esperamos y esperamos y esperamos. No hay oferta para pedir bebidas, y mucho menos comida, ya que la camarera jugó con su teléfono y disparó miradas sucias a todos los clientes. Nos pusimos de pie para irnos sin haber pedido aún y nos siguieron otras dos mesas. Es una verdadera lástima porque la comida podría ser realmente genial, pero el personal es grosero más allá de la creencia. Al dueño o no le importa o no lo sabe. Un poco de pintura y un nuevo personal de servicio con una pizca de entrenamiento harían mucho.

Nos dieron la comida buffet como parte de un parque, el hotel y la comida de oferta. Obviamente este comentario sólo tratar con el buffet que estaba lejos de ser perfecto. Poca variedad para empezar, 2 posible principal,, pescado que hecha o chili, que era muy bueno. Con solo 4 o 5 lados vegetales o arroz este era simplemente no era lo suficientemente bueno. Desayuno en el mismo lugar era realmente muy bueno. La parte del restaurante donde comer su comida era precisión por un comentario anterior como un "café supermercado. No fue un gran comienzo de nuestras vacaciones ya no estaba destinado a ser un regalo. Evitar el buffet de la noche si puedes, pero tienen el desayuno. El personal era educado y servicial.

I ordered a red pea soup and a fish fritter the lady told me that the 10 pound I have wasn't going to cover an extra quarter jerk chicken so I gave her my 10 pounds and she gave me back 1.50 even though my food only came to 7 pounds and she had charged me 8.50 for some reason and then when I asked her she Said she also charged me for the jerk chicken that she told me I didn't have enough for so she didn't give to me.. which I found very confusing but anyway I then tried my fish fritter which had no fish in it at all... was extremely oily to the point that that she had to wrap it in afew paper bags and when I questioned her why I only got 1.50 back as my food came to 7 she told me that she charged me for the jerk chicken too so she asked me if I wanted it and I said yes but you said I can't afford it.... I was soo confused but anyway I said I still wanted it so she gave me one that was just laying randomly on the chopping board already which was sooooo burnt I clsnt believe what she was giving me but I by that time felt so uncomfortable with the situation that I just wanted to leave so I took this very burnt chicken which nobody wld really want to eat, my colleagues laughed at how cremated it was and I just left it although I am upset at the waste of money and the bad experience. I wld never in my life go to this shop again.. I'd rather stay hungry... really disappointed.

We go here twice a week, love the scones. Best coffee for miles, scones are mega size, friendly staff. Nice light coffee shop, can have a good view outside. What's not to like 😍

I went here for my birthday and honestly had a terrible time - the food was over an hour and a half late and when it arrived it was inedible (when we complained the kitchen was shut), the ice skating was full despite us having tickets which meant we had very minimal time on the ice and also had to ice skate separately, the staff had no clue what was going on and we constantly had to go back and forth between staff members to sort vouchers/drinks/food out with them. Finally I was promised a refund by staff and then was ignored via email and so still have no received my money back!! Do not recommend!

PROS * Convenient street location access * Meaty and kosher * Places to sit but it seems to be a take away facility CONS * Mediocre tasting food * Uninterested minimally friendly (if at all) staff * Slow in-house service * Cost is not in line with at-best average quality of food, slow service and absence of ambience "I VISITED THIS PLACE"... ... because I had walked past it several times on Saturday, when it was closed. And to think that I walked all the way up Finchley Road from Green Road tube station to eat in this (at best) mediocre place. The staff people milling around were quite surprised to hear that I planned to eat there and not "take away." The process of ordering was slow and getting the basic overpriced meal was also slow (it's not like there were any other customers) and also, no one was coming in for or going out with take away orders. WOULD I GO THERE AGAIN? No WAS IT WORTH THE PRICE? No ADVICE I do not recommend this place

Pedí una entrega a domicilio a través de uber eats a las 9 PM del viernes, tenía un mensaje para decir que el conductor estaba recogiendo a las 9 . 40 solo para que el pedido sea cancelado a las 10 PM. Cuando llamé para preguntar qué había pasado dijeron que el conductor no había aparecido a pesar de que Uber come dijo que la comida se estaba recogiendo 20 minutos antes. ¡Entonces dijeron que no tenían la comida! Finalmente la mujer del teléfono cuestionó mi raza, a lo que le pregunté ¿qué tenía eso que ver con algo? Luego me colgó. No utilice este restaurante a menos que quiera sentirse decepcionado u ofendido.

Este es el peor establecimiento de comida que he visitado. Los propietarios / personal eran arrogantes, antipáticos, groseros e impacientes cuando se les preguntó sobre ciertos platos (ingredientes ). No les gustó. Sus expresiones faciales lo dicen todo. Además, la calidad de la comida es mediocre y sobrevalorada. (Roti curry cordero barato y graso) ). Este lugar no se trata de servir a los clientes en un ambiente agradable y acogedor. Este es un ambiente frío e incómodo de caras sin sonrisas tomando su pedido antes de terminar de leer el menú. Te sientes apresurado a hacer el pedido aunque ese día el lugar estaba prácticamente vacío. He solicitado específicamente dobles SIN pimientos picantes para mis dos hijos pequeños (4 años y 6 años). Cuando les entregué la merienda a los niños hambrientos ambos terminaron tosiendo y ahogándose. ¡Ambos niños gritaban y lloraban quema, quema! De repente me di cuenta de que el dueño servía los dobles con chiles picantes! Logré calmar a los niños con un poco de leche fría comprada en la tienda de al lado. Luego devolví los productos explicando el error cometido y la angustia causada a mis hijos pero rotundamente se negaron a reemplazar el pedido porque HE PEDIDO DOBLES CON PIMIENTOS CALIENTES ?? La dueña se hizo un espectáculo gesticulando sus brazos, gritando en lo alto de su voz con golosinas quedas PROHIBIDO de mi tienda, ¡¡QUEDAS PROHIBIDO!! Listo para escoltarme físicamente si pudiera... Desconcertado por el horror, pedí ayuda a los transeúntes, quienes amablemente nos ofrecieron su apoyo a mí y a mis hijos y horrorizado por lo que acaban de presenciar. Dejamos el lugar Roti sacudido y prometimos que nunca volveríamos allí.

The food was poor, the cod I had was grey, and the other meal was not warm enough. The Pepsi was like water and a door was left open and made the restaurant too cold.

My Daughter & I enjoyed nicely cooked, well presented and very flavoursome meals. This restaurant is under rated. I will certainly return. All of the staff were kind, friendly and very attentive more so the lovely restaurant Manageress, despite a well known mature football Manager on the next table.
