The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in England

Been coming here for years, but the worst kebab last week, onions were bitter, lamb was chewey & the chicken was dry and tasteless and looked uninteresting. Yet another fast food joint going bad all for profit and no love in their food . Avoid and dont waste hard earned money.

Haven't had a Perfect Base for a long while but glad we tried something different. The food (pizzas and chips) was searing hot when delivered...and very delicious. Thanks

I ordered three shawarmas last Saturday night from Caprinos Pizza Cowley via Just Eat. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and felt like cheating. I specifically ordered three different flavors: kebab shawarma, barbecue shawarma, and chicken shawarma. While the kebab shawarma was acceptable, the other two chicken shawarmas were identical—they both used the same fried chicken, with the only difference being the sauce. The barbecue shawarma just had barbecue sauce, and the other chicken shawarma had a different sauce. This is misleading. If you advertise a barbecue shawarma, it should contain barbecue chicken, not fried chicken with a random sauce. The flavor and authenticity were completely missing, leaving me very dissatisfied. On the positive side, the delivery was on time, and the driver was professional and friendly. The free chocolate pizza included with the delivery was a nice touch, but I would strongly suggest that you focus on delivering exactly what the customer orders rather than trying to compensate with free items for customer attraction. Overall, this experience needs significant improvement. I hope the management considers addressing these issues to provide an honest and better-quality foods

Great pizza... 10/10! Pepperoni is the best pizza with fries, the barbecue sauce though is quite strong. But overall, 10/10

I order through Uber eats and never received my order. This was a treat since money is tight and can’t afford it all the time. When I ask for it to be redone they refused said was due to driver to wait for refund. Other companies when had issues they would re do the order. Now had no food and being regular customers never order again.

The pizza is so greasy and the quality of the dough is like eating cardboard

I ordered a pizza, paid for it, waited 10 minutes for it. The man who took my order, went up to another customer with my pizza, saying what type of pizza it was. I told him i ordered that pizza. He said nothing & gave me the pizza. I ordered my drink again, he came back with the wrong flavour, i told him what flavour again. After eating my pizza i noticed i wasn't given any tissue with my order. I had to wipe my hands on my jeans & leave oil on my lips. Why is there someone serving customers, who is almost deaf &/or doesn't understand English properly?

We used to having toscana downstairs when we lived on lavender hill and it was always our go to pizzeria. Having moved locations, we knew we’d miss the friendly service and amazing food. We ordered delivery and it did not disappoint- the food was hot, fresh and just as if we’d picked it up from the restaurant itself! We love this restaurant and will always come back! Thank you Toscana staff.

right. this is the first time in my life i’ve left a bad review for a restaurant, and i’ve had experiences where my meal has accidentally come without the sauce, or where they’ve given me regular potato tempura instead of sweet… so it takes a lot for me to be phased basically. first time ordering from here, found a thick dark hair in my mouth when i bit into my pizza. made me feel sick, honestly disgusting. called a couple of days later** to ask for a refund and they refused, saying it was not their responsibility. i had to literally ask them to apologise to me. they were more than keen to lay the blame on Deliveroo, even though it’s pretty obvious that the issue would come from food preparation/ hygiene. **might be worth adding that i have OCD and this experience was very distressing for me, especially in a pandemic. i couldn’t bring myself to confront the situation that night or even the next day, just didn’t want to think about it. honestly feel violated knowing that a stranger’s hair has been in my mouth, along with their scalp oils and skin cells. who am i to know whether they have good hygiene, or how often they shower? given that their hair has ended up in my food i think it’s fair to guess that their standards aren’t good. so yeah don’t order from here unless you like spending £20 to eat stranger’s hair and being gaslit about it afterwards

On time delivery, polite delivery driver. Food was fresh and delicious, mixed kebab and falafel Kebab ordered, Extra pickled chilli peppers requested and received without a problem. This is my go to place for Kebabs and has never let me down. Highly recommended.

I don't often order a curry, however over Xmas I've ordered twice and their food is exceptional, tried a few dishes from their menu, it is now my go to for a curry, would not go anywhere else

Best place in London for pizza. Lovely staff. Great selection of wine and beer by the pint!
