The best restaurants serving Seafood food in England

Made me feel very unwelcome being English had calzone at a cost of £12.90 i expect something special not the case totally disproportionate way to much dough n not enough filling..Will never frequent the premises again

What a fish and chips best place

Nice & friendly service. Only had a drink in there, no food

Just very mediocre. Poor quality fish and soggy chips. Overcooked sausage. Was empty on a Saturday night which is an ominous sign. Looks like it's up for sale and they're not really trying.

I had the afternoon Tea here , very clean and nice quiet place to eat , afternoon tea was good , wish it had more savoury than sweet but that's just my preference

Very aggressive delivery driver extremely angry that he had given me the wrong order and had to bring it back avoid this place at all costs

Twice now we have tried to eat in at this restaurant and twice we have been told that table service is not available despite there being patrons finishing meals at tables. The first time we arrived at 6pm to be told it was takeaway only from that point. We asked ahead of time before the second visit what time table service ended. I was told 8pm. We arrived at 6.45 and again was turned away. Needless to say we will absolutely never visit again!s

Tried for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Excellent food and excellent staff. I highly recommend and next time I’m in Warrington I will come back.

Literally the best chippy around. Started going here in the last year and the food is always fantastic. Great portions, staff are friendly. Don't know what I did before I ordered from here!

Had fish,chips and mushy peas. Food was delicious, just out the fryer so hot . Best fish and chips I've had for a while.

Where do I start with this one? Was back in Darlington visiting Mum and we decided to visit friends in Mowden. I thought I’d treat them all to a fish lunch and popped into this fish & chip shop. What a mistake! Firstly, the large Japanese looking woman with the 1980s hair was quite rude with a young lad in front of me. The girl serving had no customer service skills or manners whatsoever. She was very aggressive and constantly sighing. I asked for 2 fish and chips and 2 sausage and chips and got a TUT!!!! I really should have walked out there and then and saved my money. The food was absolutely disgusting! More grease than I’ve even seen. Soggy, revolting tasting fish and the chips were not nice at all. Our friends told us afterwards that it’s an awful fish shop and they go elsewhere, and that the good reviews on their Facebook page were put by the owners friends and family. I wish I’d read the reviews on here first! Absolutely appalling!

Love this pub - the food was awesome, the atmosphere was great - a little loud and easy going.
