The best restaurants in Brentwood East of England

Over all really nice meal, our little boy loved the korma ! Thoroughly enjoyed it Great service

I've visited the Boars Head in Brentwood a number of times and the food and service never fails to impress. I last visited for the Burns Night supper as I did last year, again it was a lovely experience and the food and the atmosphere top notch. Thankyou

Nice little pub, staff ok not the happiest. Half the menu they had run out of and the what they did was not great at all. I had a very dry over cooked fish and chips. Other members of my group also didn’t rate their food.

Nice and relaxing. With a good menu. And Jackie is just the best waitress. Always so pleasant and accommodating. nothing is too much trouble.

This place used to be amazing, been coming here for 15+ years. Not any more. Bad food, bad service, bad price.

I can’t fault today. Our food was delicious, didn’t wait long but wasn’t rushed. Our waitress, Lisa was excellent - nothing was too much trouble, how it should be. We will return soon, thank you.

A group of friends and ourselves met here for lunch, although trying to park the car was a nightmare, avoid Friday lunchtime! A selection of meals from sandwiches, lovely carved ham, prawn cocktails both said nice, a lovely looking prawn, smoked salmon, avocado salad, I was told was lovely and I opted for the skate middle, which was small but nice. As always the pub was busy, with efficient service and we all had a good time

We didn't make a reservation but stopped on the off chance of availability. Our server, Paul, was very helpful and friendly. Quick service, delicious main course from the specials menu and mini pudding with coffees. By the time we left the restaurant area was full! The pub seats diners with dogs in the bar area so we will return for another visit as the food and service was great!

Great place to come and have a social with your friends, have a drink and enjoy yourself. Staff are class (especially alicia) Duranza will touch you

I’m a regular at this place and I can’t recommend it enough! The service is amazing and I will definitely continue coming back!
