Went in for a collection, a medium pizza 2 toppings. Placed the order told 15 minutes wait not an issue. Looked at their make screen was 2 mediums 1 Classic c+t and a create your own. 35 minutes later still didn’t have it yet watched multiple orders made before mine for delivery. Make time should be under 2 minutes and cook time in their oven at 230degrees is 6.5 minutes. They need to improve or otherwise not only with they be bottom of their score boards in the company but they will lose business fast in Newmarket.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - I’m in shock how this place is even open, let alone serving food to the public. I’m not even going to go into what we ordered and what was wrong, we spent just over £150, had a range of dishes, it was all pretty much inedible. Disgusting how somewhere can produce that, bag it up, take payment and then when you call and tell them, they are confused 😐 bizarre.

Just received our order through just eat, ordered 2 kebab wraps and a portion of chips. Both wraps were cold to the point where as one had chicken we didn't dsrr eat it. When trying to process a refund through just eat I was given £4 when my order was £25

Rude staff. Never using a shell garage again. The lady cashier was very abrupt and rude. Manners don't cost nothing. Obviously she has none

I have ordered 2 hours ago, and the estimate delivery was 17:40-18:00 it is now 18:11 and my order still hasn’t arrived. I will not be ordering from here again, this is ridiculous !

We went for New Year's Eve dinner and will not be returning. Unfortunately, the quality of cooking since being taken over by The Chestnut Group has let this place down. So here is the list of the problems we encountered- The nibbles did not arrive before the starters. There was a 10 inch long blond hair in the ham hock starter that my friend had to extract from his mouth . He did not eat the rest of the plateful. The scallop starter when I did finally receive it as they did not bring it to the table with all the other starters, was not cooked properly and the seaweed base was inedible. The waiters were hard working and I cannot fault them. When we broached the hair in food situation with the manager on paying the bill there was no apology whatsoever. Don't waste your hard earned money eating there.
