The best restaurants in Forest Heath East of England

Don't bother ordering through McDelivery. Multiple times now we have had orders come half-fulfilled and McDonalds won't do anything about it unless you go to the store to pick up a replacement. Today I had my drink delivered in a massive bag with nothing to hold it up in transit so everything was soaked, the only option you have is to chase ubereats which is impossible.

Absolutely disgusting luke warm and dried out greasy food. The ribs must have been a week old they were like leather. The prawn toast was greasy, rock hard and tasteless. Never again!

Shop was open as i managed to walk in, i called out numerous times to get a pizza but no one, not one person answered. Place looked like it was cleaned down but obviously no one cared to take my order, even though it was the end of the night, but if I could walk in then surely I should be able to order? Aren't you in the business of serving? I know I am! Someone comes into my business with minutes to spare they get served, obviously at dominoes the staff couldn't give two hoots.

The chicken wings tasted like chemicals. Totally inedible. Wrong sauce on pizza and delivery texts were over zealous and even threatened to not give us our food if the door wasn’t answered BEFORE the driver arrived. Wholly disgusting won’t eat here again and would not advice others given the chicken is either being bathed in chemicals or off

This Taco Bell is a complete disaster. They have Baja Blast listed on their menu, but guess what? They don’t even serve it! What kind of false advertising is that? Their hours aren’t updated on Google Maps, so don’t be surprised if you show up and find them closed—especially on Sundays, because apparently, they think they’re Chick-fil-A now. Total waste of time and a huge disappointment.

Not a very nice experience. Subway seems to be priced very high for the quality and quantity of the food. I probably won't be eating Subway for a long time.

Stopped for a quick burger, I have to say I am sitting here wondering if I will see it again. Ordered the bacon double cheese burger. The bacon was absolutely cold. I didn’t have time to change it. I would avoid .

I don’t usually do take away, but treated myself tonight. Gorgeous pizza for one, exactly the right size. Perfect toppings as I requested. Thanks

This was our 2nd visit and last time was not great but I thought they may be learning the ropes as it had just been taken over. Well I should have learnt from my last time. The food was cooked fresh and to order and the staff were friendly but the food was tasteless and poor. There would have been more taste in an old slipper. I’m not even sure if it was cod. Avoid this place. You have been warned.

Horrible, worst food ever in my life. 32 pounds for deep fried breadcrumbs. The prawns looked like worms.. So tiny and overcooked. Never again

dont take your children to the cafe after swimming because the high chairs are filthy! the menu is very limited. Lettuce on salad brown and wilted. Fruit carton mouldy in the middle. Coffee ok No napkins available Staff don't look happy, except the young man who is quite pleasant

Stopped off at the Exning Starbucks 4 members of staff all chatting to a friend visiting the store. I was given a Half cup of Caramel macchiato. Which I immediately refused! Was made another one and told the froth just hadn’t settled!!! Had luxury toast to go When opened only 1 small sachet of jam and no butter between 2 slices. Hardly luxury. Staff more interested in chatting with friends than serving customers!!

Sales person/server - Darren obviously doesn’t like his job! When I enquired whether decaf coffee was available, he snapped “only in a bag”!!! I was taken aback & thought he was joking. I replied “I was hoping for a cup”!!! The look he shot me made me realise he was being serious & his colleague had to add that it was similar to a tea bag!! Darren was surly I bordering rude & abrasive to say the least. Wifey & I were quite shocked as we often frequent other branches regularly & have generally found Gregg employees happy & helpful. We think Darren is way overdue a customer service course or pay rise. Shan’t be using this service station again!
