The best restaurants in Middlesbrough North East

Service / atmosphere - Walked in with 3 friends, waited, waited a bit more, no acknowledgment from staff. Then left. Food - who knows. If staff can’t be bothered , neither can I. Revisited December 2024 Ordered milkshakes - waited 15 minutes then someone came over explaining they were missing ingredients. They came back after a few more minutes with the shakes explaining another ingredient was missing and had substituted cream with sugar syrup. Can honestly say it’s one of the worst milkshakes I’ve ever tasted. Was like a sugar shake and at the price was a rip off. Left about half the shake and couldn’t have more sugar!! Want this place to be nice as it looks the part but sadly will not be back.

Great place if you are a bit older like us. Good music . Don't normally like a karaoke but it was great. Staff friendly.

Great service! Was two minutes past the delivery time and the driver apologised for that, lovely customer service and don’t get me started on the food truly amazing!

Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. Super tasty, fresh, can’t fault it. Best in boro.

I've blacklisted this place until the quality improves. Happy to remove this review when things get better

Omar get your people in order the food came late and cold and next time when you dont have an 16" give a call to the costumer and stop sitting around and actully do something.

Orded food at 19.20 it is now 21.18 still no food this is a con company do not orded I have phoned loads of times they do not answer will be getting in touch with my bank

Restaurant seemed fairly busy for a Monday night, service was good though, drinks order taken and arrived in good time. However the menu is quite pricey for the food that is served. Chips resembling scraps and not very nice, I had the American smash burger which came on an oval plate with the chips just thrown on, no eye for detail or presentation. At this price point you’d expect a little flare. Flavour not all that great either.

Radical interior design compared to how it, and all the other McDonald's, are laid out. Not sure about it. Possibly less appealing to the kids, a big part of their customer base
