Asked for a Kinder Bueno milkshake and instead they use 1 tiny Kinder Chocolate bar. Milkshake therefore had no taste and was bland!

Let me be clear pizza kingdom is trading under the name Napolita. It was sold 1 year ago and for those who didn’t know, the name has only recently changed which im guessing is due to the number of returns by locals. I have been going to pizza kingdom since i was 16 years old and im now 37. I loved the place, food and staff. But last year the owner decided to move on and sold it on. It was trading under the same name but i decided not to use them until recently. I figured they deserved a chance. I wish I hadn’t! Shops layout had changed, the quality equipment that was once ghere was replaced by mediocre stuff. The burger grill had gone and i was shocked to see my burger being cooked on a pizza tray and in the pizza oven. I felt and wished id of walked away there and then! But having paid for it I decided to try it. 100% disappointing! The burger was like jelly, rubbery as if was out of can. Cheap thin meat. I ordered a double but the two burger slices were the equivalent to a single burger of the past owners. It may as well of had more salad than burger, chips under cooked and i could see the oil when being cooked had not been changed in a while. Having used them for so long, I would NEVER go there again. In fact it has somewhat tainted my memory of the last 20 years service. And is only too happy to see its name change to napolita! R.I.P PIZZA KINGDOM YOU SERVED US WELL

Delicious food, great service, quick, very reasonably priced, polite staff. What more do you need?

Good food I suggest you go here its really tasty tried pitta bread and garlic good food that great workers really nice.

Best in town mega mix burger and panini

Second time coming here now food is good but on arrival informed them a friend was running late upon arrival of said friend they refused to let him sit with us “it’s company policy we can’t let him”I’ve then spoken to the front desk and tried telling me I never told them what an absolute joke and disgrace no professionalism at all

Don’t waste your money and time

We had booked for Sunday lunch and received a phone call the evening before to inform us that they wouldn’t be serving Sunday lunch but that the rest of the menu would still be available. We decided to go ahead with our booking. We’ve visited many times before and always enjoyed it, but unfortunately, this time was quite disappointing. There were four of us, and we ordered a Swiss cheese burger, a New York burger, poached eggs and avocado on toast, and ravioli with a bacon and garlic sauce. To our surprise, the food seemed to have been brought in from somewhere down the street—though we’ve no idea where from. The chips were cold, the burgers were overcooked, the poached eggs were hard, and overall the food was lukewarm. The constant opening and closing of the door made the room uncomfortably cold. To add to this, the bill was brought to us without us asking, and no one checked in to see if the food was okay. A very disappointing experience this time around.

Disgusting attitude from the doormen who kicked a friend out for giving a GLOW STICK to a friend! They kicked him out of the club and didn’t search him and just plain right accused him of selling drugs? Should be ashamed of yourself, nothing but racist! Let’s be honest, that’s why you didn’t do your job properly isn’t it? Because of his colour! Well congratulations you just lost a huge amount of customers coming back to this place because of your disgusting attitude towards us! VILE PLACE AVOID

Food was nice, a member of staff was extremely rude and abrupt, unprofessional to the point she slagged her own team members off where customers where, felt really uncomfortable .
