It showing delivered but havent received the food.

Tapas food was poor, with some overcooked and others under cooked. Very greasy. Service was slow and we where ignored, despite there being only another table in. Came for cake and coffee, but menus limited and no cake...its a shame as I won't be back

We LOVE this place! Gutted that it's so good as means we will come too much! 😂 Cash only, collection only, tasty food, good size portions, good meat! Finally, a Chinese that does crispy shredded beef where you can actually taste the beef! 🤯

The most prominent issue with this place is the waiting times. Ordering at 18:50, you’d have expected the starters to have as least arrived at 19:20. Instead we were left waiting until 19:45 for the first starter to arrive to the be informed that food is prepared one by one, and not consecutively. It wasn’t until an hour and a half after we had ordered that we received the first main course meal, but again, they make each meal at once so we had to wait for an age for each meal. The food was okay, at best, reflected in the 3 star food rating I’ve given the place. You’ve ordered prawns? You get onions with a side of prawns. You’ve ordered chicken? You get onions with a side of chicken. The entirety of the menu is false advertising and not what you’d expect to arrive when you’ve ordered something. You ask for containers to take the food back for family members that may want to try out this average cuisine, it seems like they’re moulding the containers themselves it takes them that long. The waitresses disappear and you’re left stranded for long periods of time. Do better.

I’ve been ordering from here for years if I collect there’s generally no problem as I can see the order however if I do it online or by phone I ALWAYS request chilli instead of garlic mayo as A, I’m allergic to eggs B, I don’t think I would like it ! I always in the comments say please swap to chilli everytime I get Garlic do they want me to have an allergic reaction? So when the delivery arrives I check it and hand back the garlic sauce , you ring they apologise and say we forgot god forbid if it was an ingredient they forgot well then they could be facing criminal charges . Try telling a judge you’re sorry we forgot.

Very bad , I ordered of just eat app and paid £16 , my food did not turn up when I wrang the owner was shouting at me on the phone telling me I’ve got my food when I never , wouldn’t recommend

My grandson is very very fussy. When we go to Middlesbrough he wants to get McDonald's, which I hate. Took him and my wife here today. Grandson got chicken nuggets and chips, which he loved.👍. Wife got a fish chips and peas. Fish was a great portion. I got 2sausages, chips and beans. All good portions and tasty. Staff were great. At last a nice place to eat in Middlesbrough. I'll definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff.

Slowest drive through imaginable but at least they got the order correct this time! Getting way too expensive for what it is though!

My go to take away shop staff are always friendly and love a giggle and joke with you food is always 100% from them
