The best place to eat in Amble.!! The Sunday roast was amazing and the food was cooked to perfection. Excellent service from friendly staff.

Called in for coffee and cake. Very disappointed. Cafe was very dirty. Service was extremely slow. Some people left as the wait was too long even though cafe was not busy. Far too many dogs. Food OK but disappointing.

Stopped here for breakfast on a November visit to the island.Very friendly staff who showed us to a separate room as we had a dog with us. Food was great, loved the Bamburgh Bangers in the full English. Lots of hot toast and tea as well really set us up for the day. Recommended.

Visited for a family pre-Christmas lunch. Had the turkey Christmas dinner which was excellent. Service was really good also. Would definately go again .

Visited this place again when visiting on our half term family getaway. We always come here every holiday and always greeted warmly. Once we are in the area we will be back again for sure.

A very cosy, friendly pub with good choice of beer. Good menu choice, proper home cooking, with generous portions of tasty traditional dishes. We had a great meal, with efficient & good natured service.

We visited the Greys Inn on several evenings during our short holiday stay in Embleton. Each time we received a warm welcome, the staff were very friendly and the beer was excellent. The pub is clearly popular with local residents and visitors. Good food is served, the beer selection, particularly the locally sourced real ales, is top notch and dogs are welcome too. All in all the Greys Inn is very well run pub and a great place to enjoy a relaxing evening.

Outstanding food and services service!

Lovely chat with community pub team. Really good to see a local place open. We had 3 good meals, chicken and leek pie was particularly delicious. Hope more people find this local gem.
