Slow as anything, and the older manager is very rude to the staff and it’s not nice for customers to see

Proper rated this place on the last order as it was amazing kebab but when I called to say naan bread missing for special kebab on this order, they argued that they 100% put naan bread in. NO, 100% you didn’t otherwise I wouldn’t have called. Won’t order again now, trying to make out we were in the wrong and that we’d missed the naan bread, it’s either there or not and it was NOT!! customer service 0%. Update: After eating kebab (without naan bread), it wasn’t great either, not all sauces I asked for were on and meat wasn’t as good as last time! Not sure what’s happened since I last ordered but DEFINITELY won’t ordering again! A little tip, great customer service in a business goes along way, if you haven’t got that, you’ve got nothing

Ordered food on Uber Eats. After 2 hours still no sign of food. Attempted to call but the phone line doesn’t work. Uber also tried to contact and couldn’t get through so cancelled and refunded the order for us. Waste of time, don’t bother with this place!

Delivery took an unacceptable amount of time. And it was still n cold: I called the restaurant who told me the food was made well over an hour ago. The driver lied to me and said he picked it up up 20 minutes ago. I want a refund

Waste of time,, sort your website out. Went for a meal asked for a menu and was told "we don't do food anymore" So why advertise it !!!!

The smell of mildew mould and general disgustingness overwhelmed us when we arrived. We quickly left with our brew but whilst we waited sat next to a couple of sofas that wouldn't have looked out of place in a refuse centre

Golden Pheonix is easily the best Chinese in Crewe, it has been closed for a while so when we saw that it had reopened, we booked in and it did not disappoint. Great staff, spoke to the owner who was very friendly, and the food was fresh and tasted great. Can't wait for them to start doing delivery again. Amazing S&P wings.

I went in to buy some lunch, and an old man without any money looked partially disabled asked for a glass of water. The lady on the till refused him for a glass of water? Saying they charged for the cups? The man explained saying he had no money and she refused him again. I ended up giving my drink from meal deal as I felt so guilty! It’s a glass of water - absolutely disgusting customer service!

The Sunday carvery is great deal for the price if you go other pubs you are paying a lot of money for less. Cheap for a family to go. And have money left be going every Sunday from now on

Take away is absolutely FILTHY!!! Owners/workers very rude and unprofessional. Food was disgusting - don't spend your money here!!!

Coffee is great Staff are always great But today the toilets are disgustingly dirty. Not always like this but please get it right for all your customers. Disgraceful.

The food is what you'd expect from any KFC and one member of staff went way beyond what you'd expect in terms of service, explaining the self-check in machine, talking to his colleagues to ask what my booking number was, and being a busy bee cleaning up tables and stuff. He is the pride of his profession. Unfortunately, my praise has to stop there for this eatery. The place was absolutely heaving with people, with long queues to get your food. Shouting kids everywhere. People lined up in the queue being extremely close to the table I was sat at. Lack of space and lack of seating! This was a very stressful experience even though I have been eating at KFCs in several countries for 50 years, this was one of the worst ones I have had.

When it today and got served by a young girl (katia) who was amazing she was basically running the whole shop the 2 lad who are also working where just doing nothing and left her to do all the work
