Could do better with getting orders correct

After 12 days of visitors we booked a night to unwind. We were greeted at reception by Vicky who was incredibly friendly and helpful. After upgrading us to a room that would be vacant, she guided us to the welcoming lounge area. The room was beyond excellent. A lovely sea view with balcony, bathroom with copper bath and a tv disguised as a mirror were highlights along with the superking (probably) bed. A comfortable good night’s sleep followed. Teignmouth has more than its fair share of boozers, really good to see when many pubs are closing down. This is a no-nonsense pub, right on the harbourside (and I mean RIGHT on the harbourside!). Bet it's lovely to sit outside on a sunny day. We were there on a rainy February night, and there was a band just warming up ready to play. Friendly bar staff. Cheap drinks.

Came in here yesterday for drinks for my birthday... Decent little place.. Decent larger... And friendly staff... Very Good...

Popped in for a drink and Wow! This pub has been very tastefully modernised, stylish but subtle from every aspect. Too much to explain, go se for yourself. There is also a games room and garden. Drinks were reasonably priced.

Ordered at 16:30 with estimated delivery time at 17:50. Food still at preparing and estimated time changed multiple times, current estimated delivery time 19:35. Edit: never received the order

A large garden centre with lots of plants and other garden related furnishings available. The cafe is large with a wide range of food and drinks options available. The staff were pleasant and visiting makes for an ideal hour or so out of the house.

Great food was so much better than ours at home

The 3 July was their last night in Beefeater as we know it. I’ve been a fan of Beefeater for 50 years from child to adult and its phasing out is rather sad. We came 9 days ago for a birthday meal that was great and tonight I came to say goodbye to staff. Great food and service under conditions which Whitbread PLC should be wincing at. Staff numbers and menu run to minimum only to replace by a poor stable mate in the future, I assume for residents only. Wish them all well and the duty manager on my last two visits was really great - lovely character and hope she goes on to excel in hotel/hospitality/tourism and leisure. A great night for me - in the end of what’s left of Beefeater Grandstand.

I've never arrived at a McDonald's at 3:30 in the afternoon only to be told they're closed. What made it worse was the lack of any explanation from the staff member informing customers. It seemed there was a backlog of orders, but if that's the case, it's hardly acceptable for a fast food franchise that's supposed to prioritize efficiency.

Ordered for delivery, half the food never made it to the bag, hot food warmed up the iced frappe, making the food cold and the frappe warm, I assume that this happened as it was in bag together for an hour and a half while we waited for it to be delivered. Then of course you have a mammoth task of getting the missing items refunded. Lesson learned....get of my backside and go down and pick it up. Would have been a far quicker and better experience.

A delightful tasty place for food

Fantastic food, a lovely view and the service was really good. Well priced for the location. There is a separate kids menu too. Facilities were clean. Will definitely visit again 😊

Drinks extremely expensive I paid £23 for a pint and a cider.

The food was delicious. The staff were pleasant and we had a lovely experience.
