The best restaurants in Sheffield Yorkshire and The Humber

We have used Lovely house many times with no problems and amazing tasting food. Recently we ordered some food on New years eve to arrive at a set time and even though they was busy, it arrived on time and nice and hot. The portion sizes was great and the food tasted amazing. As a treat we also received extra spring rolls and prawn crackers. Cant recommend Lovey House enough.

The food was so tasty!!, came within a reasonable time and i liked how they designed the place, however seating is limited but they do take out and delivery so isn’t a problem

Got a Pork Belly Ramen and a Spicy Mary. The staff is kind and friendly, however, the spicy Mary was nowhere close to a legit cocktail, especially for 9 pounds, I expected a decently balanced spicy version of a Bloody Mary, but that was not the case, too bad considering the fact that in Japan they would not normally serve it, so if you propose it, just make sure you do it right, it was invented by Americans. The Ramen broth was below average, could consider it ok if I was paying 5/6£ for it, not 17£. The noodles where absolutely awful, 3 to 5 minutes over cooked and sticking in “blocks”. For Ramen’s sake, could you at least shake the noodles a little while boiling them? Basic Japanese cooking 101, which no one of the non Japanese chefs I saw, probably understood, despite the training of a Franchising that with what, 20 dishes? Should at least get that right. 7 years in Japan and the worst Ramen I had was never even close to this level of “glue like noodles”. Will never go back. Lacking basic decency.

Food there is amazing got a chicken fillet burger with chips and a margarita pizza and it was delicious also the staff who work there and make the food are really nice

Order was due to be delivered by 20:15 waited 20 minutes tried to message no response. Called to be told he is on his way. A car arrived driver decided to sit in the car we had to fetch it ourselves. This is why we stopped ordering before. Food is nice and first few times arrived on time but then goes downhill and end up with cold food.

£9.40 for “Korean” bbq chicken. 6 tiny pieces of normal fried chicken. With a splash of bbq sauce And a small tub of ice cream that tasted out of date. Avoid!!!

Sorry but this place just isn't the same anymore. My chowmein was at best mediocre and hardly any taste. This is one place I won't be visiting soon.

Went for the saddle up event and had a really good night, quite disappointed there wasn't any food as stated online.

Waited 45 mins for food and staff was not honestly and chef was rude.

Always ordered from here for our Hasinas special mixed kebabs fix ! (With extra chicken) never been disappointed n always absolutely spot on ! Can honestly say we just had the best 1 yet tneyt 👌top quality! Thanks keep it up Hasinas 😍👊

Absolute shit, salad to these is a bit of lettuce, downhill move an lost my business from now on as they don’t know how to serve quality food

We placed a simple order of 12 assorted cookies, nothing complex or time-consuming. The order kiosks assigned us a number and displayed the status of orders on a screen. However, despite this system, we watched as customers who ordered *after* us (with higher order numbers) were served well before us. After waiting an unacceptable 20 minutes—and watching the staff prioritize at least three sandwich orders for customers who came in later—I finally had to request a refund. The cashier (ID 038) struggled even with this simple task, taking an additional 5 minutes to issue the receipt. This shop might serve acceptable food, but the complete lack of efficiency, organization, and care for customer experience makes it impossible to recommend, nor will I be returning.
