walk and only 1 member working and asked for a cheese burger and he changed my order to a different burger, made me speak to another customer because he couldn’t speak to them, the burger bun was hard. Would never go there again!

This place used to be excellent when it first opened, but it's since changed hands and has gone so far downhill it's almost unbelievable. The place is dirty, the staff uninterested and the food awful. Call it a day, you're an embarrassment.

Visiting this place yesterday 23/12/24 and this place was extremely packed waiting for my food with the old lady serving giving out orders all going well but it’s noisy as you expect I asked for sauce 4 times and she said huh. So I said it louder and she got the hump and told me I don’t need to shout 😂🤦 honestly if you can’t hear me the other 3 times then I’m going to talk louder of your having problems with your hearing due to age then you can get help if that jobs no longer for you and you can’t handle it then leave but it’s US customers who give you your salary I shouldn’t have to keep repeating myself to you I just want to grab my food my sauce and carry on my busy day

Me and my partner ordered £30 worth of sandwiches and wraps from here. Where do I begin…. Salad was old, half of the toppings weren’t even correct, none of the sandwiches or wraps got toasted despite asking for it! If you don’t want to work here quit… stop making people have terrible experiences because you either hate your job or have no hygiene or you’d throw old product out wouldn’t you?! Gross avoid at all cost, all food went in bin and ended up ordering from somewhere else, great waste of £30. Don’t bother to phoning them as they just act like nothing is wrong with the food.

Food is great made freshly & hot and great service we go here regularly and never had any issues the place is always clean inside and outside. The staff are very friendly and will always help if you need anything. The new table service & kiosks they offer is the way forward.

Absolutely pathetic takeaway they take orders and money and never deliver the food ignore the phone to customers and food hub happy I didn’t get my food had a look at the reviews absolute sh*t show you are hope you get shut down

Vinimos para un desayuno rápido tarde en medio de caminar y las compras y el Señor hizo que elegí mal con la construcción de su propio desayuno. Tienes que seleccionar ocho artículos, yo elegí y conseguí... Bacon - una astilla del cerdo más flaco del planeta Una salchicha - solo un poco mejor que una tienda de patatas fritas baratas Pan frito - con tanto aceite en ellos se podría dar servicio a su coche Dos huevos "escalfados" - estaban tan engomados que harían neumáticos de coche Setas - frías Tomates enlatados - estaban bien Dejé más de lo que comí y lo habría puesto en conocimiento del personal pero nadie vino a preguntar si todo estaba bien y la mitad de los servidores no vieron para saber cómo funcionaba el sistema de entrega de mesas. Una experiencia verdaderamente terrible.

Quick breakfast before catching train

Called up after my food saying it was delivered and the person on phone was not only rude but refused to help. Driver says he knocked and called yet no calls received and no knock was ever heard, I have dogs in house if he would’ve knocked they would’ve alerted me. They asked driver to come back and deliver my food and he’s sat outside my house for 5 mins before ringing me to let me know he was here. Shocking customer service!

We ordered delivery, driver was lovely, however, food was stone cold and seemed like it was reheated from earlier. Ordered two Katsu curry’s and dumplings and the portion sizes were tiny for the price! Curry was just full of oil, had to drain half the tub. Would not recommend

Last time we visited this location it was very busy but we didn't have to wait long at all for our food. It was very hot when we got it and honestly one of the best KFCs I've had for a long time. Will definitely go back. The only negative I have is recently especially the prices seem to have gone up quite a bit.

Went to meet some friends there, we stopped and had a few drinks.
