What an eye opener, 11 quid for one special chow mein !!!! That was a shock, i think its safe to say you've lost a once loyal customer. No takeaways worth that amount, especially when its burnt,fatty meat and greasy as hell. if you are sensible enough to see a rip off then kudos to you, to the pretentious liars saying 'amazing' or 'great deal' then please carry one being parted with your cash..........keep your overpriced muck.

Ordered online - order was delivered but as I live in a flat they refused to bring it to my door, when asked why he said company policy, I said fair enough, the driver then left it on the soaking wet floor outside and drove off! I phoned the store to complain and the man on the phone was the rudest person I’ve dealt with and I work retail! Basically he said it’s all over the menu’s that they don’t deliver to your door if you’re in a flat, I don’t have a menu I said.. I ordered online to which he took to shouting over me saying it’s online and on the menus... I told him I’ve got the online menu up.. it states no where about this! When I emailed head office I got a reply and a copy of the website small print, the food should have been placed on a blue tray outside, this wasn’t done, they’ve offered me a free pizza and a side to compensate but I must phone the store to do this.. Disgusting delivery service! Vile customer service from the staff member who answered the call! I have not took them up on the offer of a free pizza or side as I refuse to go here again, why would I want to call them after the service I’ve received! Disgusting. The food though was nice! Just a shame the people side of it was so poor!!

Me and a few friends came to watch the England game. Before we sat down we were forced to buy a drink otherwise we had to leave. I know times are tough now but we didn’t feel welcome at all. We would have bought a drink willingly regardless.

A lo que respondí "si puedes cocinar rápidamente, puede comer rápidamente (sólo fue después de las 8. 30:00) fue a sentarse, pero me dijeron que tenía una mesa de oscilación, así sentamos en otro lugar, tardó unos minutos para darnos menús y una vez que había decidido esperar a pedir sólo para que nos dijeran como gerente de prisa después de la mesa, pedir en el bar! ! Entonces él dijo que no pollo. Así que nos fuimos sin pedir. Así que el personal son bastante desagradables y debe decir que cuando entras en el que su orden en el bar, ¿por qué tenía que salir de pollo? ? Muy decepcionado, pero no puedo opinar sobre la calidad de la comida. También mi nieto tenía astillas en su mano y a través de su plancha de piernas de lado de madera de la cabina. ! !

Not very nice, tuna sandwich was disgusting, tuna just slapped on the bread and wasn’t very appetising. Waiting time was around 20 mins and we were served this. Would not recommend. There was a private order going on so i understand the chef was busy.

accepted my order through just eat took money from my bank account then cancelled my order rang the shop up to be greeted by the rudest person ever because I asked for a refund he told me to contact food hub tried food hub had no joy rang amigos back and he slammed phone down, avoid this shop they take your money and do not provide your food.

Every time I come here they don’t have the gluten free bread

I ordered three pizzas and one chips after waiting 2 hours the app showed that the order has been cancelled??? and when I called the restaurant no one answered. I contacted Uber eats they said the delivery driver was outside but he was not ... very disappointed

He estado durante los últimos 3 días en camino al trabajo y la mujer y el chico en turno han sido encantadores incluso el jueves cuando estaba muy ocupado. Tan educado y servicial

Me subí mientras le daban servicio a mi auto para desayunar con mi esposa Todo lo que tenían de un gran menú eran tostadas y huevos, y bebidas de éxito. Una de las máquinas de bebidas no funcionaba, así que recibí leche caliente en lugar de chocolate caliente. Le dije a uno de los empleados que dijo “sí, no funciona en esa máquina”. No hay señales para mostrar esto, así que varias personas recibieron leche caliente mientras estábamos allí. Los condimentos no existían Absolutamente horrible.

Beef chow mein !!!!!! Beef was disgusting, like it had come of someone’s old boot . Chips over cooked. Cook it yourself , waste of my hard earned money . Willl never use again !!!!!!!!!
