Came for lunch! Fede was amazing! Food was delicious!

We loved it, I have never tasted such a delicious flavour as the one I tried today. We couldn't go in to eat a hamburger or anything else because we were short on time, but just trying some nachos and the fries left us amazed. A guy, Italian and with white highlights, served us and he was very nice to us. The prices are well worth it. Excellent service, I recommend it!!!

One of the staff was very rude and bad

Staff are extremely friendly. All the drinks and cocktails are beautifully prepared and top quality. The atmosphere is relaxed though stylish.

When I asked to use the student discount, the cashier printed the bill at the same time. After printing the bill, he explained that I couldn’t use the student discount because he already printed the bill. “You need to tell me you want to use the student discount before I print the bill. Now that the bill has already been printed, you can’t use it.” He didn’t even ask me for that before he printed the bill and I already say I want use the student discount and he can print another bill with student discount but he didn’t do this! I found this excuse completely absurd and far-fetched! Regarding service: After my friend and I queued up and sat down at a table ready to order, the server came over and suddenly asked us to change seats, directing us to sit in a dark corner instead. I figured it wasn’t a big deal since we were just eating a meal, so we moved. Then after we ordered, I realised we weren’t given any water at all. At nearly every restaurant I’ve been to, servers either ask if you need water when you order or bring it automatically. However, at this place, not only did they fail to offer water, but the people sitting at the same table (it was a shared table with several people sitting around it) were foreigners, and they had water. Even after repeatedly asking the server for warm water, they still brought us a pot of boiling hot water instead—truly baffling service! As for the food: The portion sizes were ridiculously small.

Went to dirty bones with my friends and the service was impeccable. Loved The Mac Daddy and the truffle fries. Kaz helped up with our choices and suggested the best things from the menu. Such a cute and cosy place to spend your evening.

Very good service, the steaks were very good. I can recommend a good portion for children to everyone. Many thanks to Omar for giving us good advice and service. So if you fancy steak I can recommend it to everyone. And the location is great.

The food is quite good, but there is one problem: the accent of the lady at the cash register, who is from India, is so bad that we cannot be understood, and she did not understand us either. I don't know how the British understand it. It was very difficult to get along. We eat in the restaurant frequently and love the steak! Best in town, last night we ate in the bar and was served by Sarinka who was amazing!!!! Great music with Dj and great food and service.

We dined at Gaucho Piccadilly last night. The food and wine selections and quality were excellent. But of particular note was the level of service provided by our server, Josephine. We have rarely encountered such a pleasing combination of congenial personality, proactive and informed dining advice, and interesting conversation. Josephine went out of her way to provide helpful inputs on wine and beef selection, at one point suggesting a wine substitution which while slightly more expensive was nevertheless a well-considered and much-appreciated recommendation. The restaurant was packed and we anticipated inattentive and indifferent service. We could not have been more pleased with the ultimate outcome of our experience. We dine out constantly and travel heavily. But like a unicorn, a service team member with Josephine's personality and professional attributes is a rare find. Our thanks to her and to the restaurant.
