The best restaurants serving American food in South West

Great service, relaxed atmosphere. Had a lush dinner with tbe family.

Unfortunately food was that late one person missed out on their food completely because they had to go to work. Food was also cold and the boxes were squashed

Delicious burgers let down by the fact you will be charged a non optional service charge despite ordering off your phone - oh and they ask for a tip afterwards too, so I doubt the service charge is going to the waiters! What's the service charge even for? The service was on a par with wetherspoons (order on my phone, wait ages for drinks and food to arrive) so I'm not sure what I'm paying for........a shame a good burger place has to be tainted by it's owner's greed.

We had a lovely meal here – the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Our server Jimmy was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Waiters know their steak, but not sure the food is quite at the price. Portion sizes not incredible.

Fantastic steak, great atmosphere and lovely service. Our waiter looked after our party very well, bringing a high chair for our 5 month old. However, having been provided a high chair, we were surprised that there were no baby changing facilities.

The decor is really unique. The design looks like a vintage American diner. They have pinball and other vintage games. The vibe is really great! The entertainment they have in is really good as well, but most always ticketed, so book prior. The cocktails and milkshakes looked good, but they only have 2 types of beer on tap, and one is carling... yuk @£5.50 Brooklyn £6.80. The food was horrible and was way too expensive for the quality. Nothing is made fresh. It seems to be all frozen foods. Which was such a disappointment because we really like the vibe. One classic hotdog is around £10 and tastes like cardboard. The large cheesy chips was a small bowl of fries with a small amount of mozzarella cheese on them for £5.

You need to book to have a table...going to shut down apparently...don't know why...

We had the sharer Sunday lunch. Unfortunately it was all cold. It says as much gravy as you need but no-one around because they are all rushed off there feet.

The sop was closing as I placed my order because of a mistake on just eats hours and the manager cooked the food him self after hours and delivered straight to my gold star service. The food was delicious and cooked well and their cake is amazing

Lovely place, great views, great food. Definately worth a visit. Took a point off because after we asked fir the bill the waiter disappeared for ages then we spotted him doung other tasks. Made eye contact which he acknowledged but then he disappeared again! After about HALF AN HOUR we went to the bar to pay, he then appears out of knowhere and gives the bar staff the bill!

Everything was perfect. The staff is super nice as well. Ordered avocado on toast, eggs royal, veggie brunch
