Real quiet which for me is a bonus as that's how i like it. Friendly staff with good service

My first time trying Steak Out, after an afternoon out. The pulled beef double Angus burger, was one of the best burgers I have ever had! Absolutely delicious! My wife and kids enjoyed their main meals as well (burgers and mac n cheese). The waffles for dessert, you could tell they had been freshly made. The prices are fair for the food, and the service was fantastic, couldn’t fault any of them. Very friendly. 100% would eat in again, and would order online as well.

Sauce is missing in bites doritos looks so bad everything just come out from box The boxes look so messy.

Is ur chicken halal plz as me and my mate was in the one in northfield last night and the burgers was like rubber

Absolutely terrible service.I tried to order 2 dishes on the menu to be told they were not available.I then tried to order from the Christmas menu to be told it had finished even though it said on the menu it finished at the end of the day.When we did get to order some food it took forever to get there.Very disappointed.

This branch seems to always have some sort of problem. I've only visited here a handful of times but each time I have not got what I requested. The first time I asked for a decaffeinated flat white with oatmilk, which was revolting because they'd used soya milk! Weeks later they were serving everything in throwaway cups as they said the hot water system had broken down. On another occasion I asked for a cake that the girl serving me then dropped on the floor, and my latest visit, which will likely be my last visit, I asked for a cappuccino but received hot chocolate, and I've had enough now. How difficult is it to process a damn order?! I've always loved Costa coffee and the food, but the staff in this branch don't pay attention. They're sloppy. And the amount of food and drinks they waste with bungling up orders is really annoying given there's a cost of living crisis. It's just incompetence on their part. But it's really put me off this particular branch which is frustrating as it's my local one.

Grolsch was off very cloudy and tasted bad ,not the barmaids fault and she did offer me an alternative just very bad management or useless bar cellarman, management must think people are idiots selling beer that was clearly off thinking people are too stupid to notice,keg beer is so simple to keep so please don't insult my intelligence by telling me you didn't realise,shame nice place just totally useless management

Very poor service. Food was decent but I was the only person in the place, took five minutes for people to take my order at the counter as they prioritised chatting to each other and joking than coming to the counter to serve me. Even once my order arrived I had finished it before my milkshake was even ready - I had to go back up to the counter and as nobody has come over had to call to the people in the back who eventually apologised and made up my milkshake. The burger and milkshake weren’t bad but the service was so shockingly bad that I wouldn’t ever go back.

I came to Burger King for a lovely meal with my friend and was greeted by a big smile from the employees, they were very helpful and provided an evening discount.

Nice people, good food, very quick

Chef did the chicken breast burger gluten n dairy free also exchanged fries for rice. Bit of mayo n sriracha from condiment area on the rice n burger was amazing, gluten free bun was really good. Thanks Chef also thanks to bar staff for taking time to help get something sorted with the chef.

The service drone at the counter was spectacularly worthless, when asked a question about the application of discount on the app they shrugged, huffed and "went to get supervisor". The supervisor hadn't got a clue either but blamed the internet. On a positive note, if there's ever a zombie apocalypse these folks are breakfast.

Excellent value for money. Food is average and pretty standard, but compared to anywhere else, the amount of food you get for the money is something that stands out. We get the value bucket. Service is short and friendly.

i ordered a 7inch pizza and it tasted phenomenal and the delivery time complimented it even better
