Eathon was the Person that served our table of 11 people. The service was first class. The Douglas table. The food all came out hot and was very tasty. And cooked to perfection. The only fault is for people over 70 need smaller plates. Well done to our waiter. Thank you for a wonderful night. Was a little disappointed could not use our 25% NHS discount card on Christmas meals. As for some reason my birthday voucher never came to me this year.

It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and served well. Ordered Half chicken special, which was served with vegetables, mash, and gravy. Good enough for 2 persons. Chicken parmesan was also good. Served with one side dish of our choice. Sunkist mango had a nice fizz to it. Friday, Saturday and Sunday-there is 25% off on lunch from 12-4pm. Overall a 5/5

We found this hidden gem during our first visit to London. I recall we satisfied a craving for a family place to have lunch. Despite we were in Trafalgar Square, which was particularly in the city centre, this restaurant was like a hole in the wall. They serve quite big portions, and I will not lie if I say that you can’t go wrong with anything you choose on their menu. There was really vibrant atmosphere, moreover, its owner hosted us on that day. We didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable and combined with top-notch service, I would say that this Italian restaurant was out of this planet. When we make our next trip to London, we will definitely make a repeat visit. Hope, it will open soon.

Sat upstairs with only 1 other table so no atmosphere but understandable as was busy downstairs. took 40 mins for mains to come after having a starter, had to get up and ask for cutlery for starters and mains and staff didnt come over to ask if we wanted more drinks/were ok/ had everything we needed. one burger was cold when brought out so we asked for a takeaway box for the whole meal. we were visibly disappointed but they didnt say anything. when paying we said about the long wait and was just told it was busy. no offer on how to make it better.

Lovely food and attentive staff. Fantastic hearty meal with a delicious dessert. My partner got the black coffee and they made sure his mug was never empty!

It’s my first time with the restaurant. Fortunately, it was a nice experience through delivery service, as it was fast and I got warm fresh food. I ordered double cheesed burger, it was a good and delicious but too meaty as it has four layers of meat, therefore I preferred the cheesed burger which has only two layers of meat which also considered as a good portion sandwich. Also, I had one freebird chicken burger, it was fresh, simple and hot. It’s not the best but it was very good. All cost me around 30 pounds, but it was enough for 2 normal eaters.

Fathers Day. Had a booking for 6pm as we are staying at the nearby Premier Inn. 2pm get a phone call they are closing at 5pm as they only have one staff member available. Seriously, get some more staff in. How do you find anywhere else on Father's Day? Everywhere is booked. Couldn't even give me an earlier booking. A good job Macdonalds are more accommodating.

Sunday Carvery was excellent. Good atmosphere and can highly recommend.
