The best restaurants serving American food in England

Really good food in an excellent location. There is something awesome about being able to order properly nice food while having a few beers and watching the sport.

On the way to visit an old acquaintance in Leeds (yes, he is indeed the brother of a mentalist) I stopped off here for some fuel, a scotch egg, an apple pie and a copy of the daily express (it's a good paper). The scotch egg was acceptable but unfortunately didn't break down leading to an afternoon of attic flatulance which smelt like gas. I left my assistant to heat the apple pie thinking this would be a simple task for her but unfortunately when I went to eat it, the pie was hotter than the sun. This has lead me to review her £9500 salary. I was sad to read in the daily express that we are due a killer heatwave and that a certain previous prime minister had been found guilty of hosting a sordid bunga bunga party during the COVID lockdown of 2020. Upon leaving the garage I was granted permission to use the forecourt to turn round so that I didn't have to burn any of the fresh fuel I had just put in the Lexus by driving another mile to the roundabout.

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, smashed burger meal was outstanding freshly cooked food piping hot excellent quality ingredients, great value would definitely recommend

I am incredibly disappointed and decided to try Burger hood in Derby as but the burger, fries and drink is excessively priced at over £10.00 per person .The fries are very tasty and plentiful but the burger and bun is a children’s portion and I realise a profit has to be made but I paid double the price for a mini bun burger . It is unlikely I shall ever return again as there is cost of living crisis and menu prices should be value for money with a substantial serving of a burger and bun .

I have eaten food from the CFC several times now and have not yet been disappointed! It is fresh with punchy ingredients and leaves you totally satisfied. Delicious.

This was my second visit to Baqueano, and I’m delighted to say it was even better than the first. I returned because of the excellent food and service, and they didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere was vibrant, the staff were as welcoming and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be back again!

Went there on a works christmas do, It's a nice place, but I'm not a vegan and didn't enjoy the food.

The Sunday roast at Pink Lettuce was an outstanding experience. The food was exceptional, with the Passion Fruit & Mango Cheesecake being rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The service was excellent, and the restaurant had a beautiful atmosphere.

We found this fantastic hotel after a disaster start t our holiday what a pleasure and a excellent place, Margaret and Paul go above and beyond rooms are immaculate everything you need lovely location parking, breakfast is amazing cooked by Margaret and Paul what a wonderful couple. Micheal and his team’s home dining service is exceptional! We are so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem! Micheal is a top chef, and alongside his sandwich shop he also does home dining, which was the perfect choice for us when we wanted a very special and unique experience for a family member who loves food, but due to terminal illness is unable to leave the house. We booked Micheal to cook a 3 course ‘date night’ meal for our family at home, and what he delivered was absolutely superb! Not only was the food incredible but his thoughtfulness and attention to detail was exceptional. We cannot recommend Michael and his team enough, for both amazing food in his shop in Willerby but also to consider them for adding a special touch to your home dining. Thanks again Micheal and Adele, you were able to deliver something truly special for our family and we will be forever grateful.

Good Vibe, But Disappointing Steaks This steakhouse has an undeniably cool vibe, with a stylish interior and a great atmosphere. One of the highlights of the experience was the open fire cooking, which added to the ambiance and made the place feel special. Unfortunately, our meal didn’t live up to the 5-star reviews we’d seen. All three of our steaks were overdone, and my ribeye was actually burnt on one side—a real disappointment, especially since I’d ordered it medium rare. The burnt side not only ruined the texture but completely overpowered the flavor. To be fair, we should have raised this issue at the time, but it still left us feeling let down. The service was decent—friendly and efficient—but not outstanding enough to redeem the meal. Overall, while the vibe of the place is fantastic, the food didn’t meet the high expectations we had based on other reviews. I’d consider giving it another chance, but for a steakhouse, getting the steaks right is crucial.
