The best restaurants serving Asian food in West Midlands

Our wedding anniversary , we have been here before and standards remain high . Food , drink , service , staff all good . Food was tasty fair portion for a fair price , service was very good , they also had 3/4 people on delivering take away,s must be doing some thing right . Parking is on the road or central reservation . we have no trouble in recommending The Curry Leaf .

Never used this takeaway before and recieved a menu, its on the doorstep so give a try. So popadoms were tasty , seemed fresh, little dissapointed with the tiny cartons of mango, onion and mint sauce, the mint sauce was tasty and mild. Onion Bhajis next, salad in with the bhajis (sorry prefer my salad cold) but thats me, Bhajis were the flat type not the usual balls you would get elsewhere, but were lovely and tasty , not dry at all. Chicken Tikka Pathia for my main meal, it was good more sauce than herbs or other pathias i have have but tasted ok, chicken was very nice. accompany to this was a garlic keema nan, sorry guys not the best i have had and the edges were quite hard and crusty. Never mind that the first time and most of the meal was ok, i will try again with something different, watch this space

What a restaurant! If your in the area and appreciate amazing food look no further! We Started with Fresh poppadoms with very tasty Dips and onion salad whilst pondering over a lovely menu which is a Set 2 courses priced at £35 including rice or Naan. For Starters we chose, Vegtable Pakora, Paneer Tikka and Masala Fish, perfectly presented with amazing flavours. Then for mains the Chef asked me if I’d fancy trying something slightly different from the menu as he had been slow cooking some lamb shanks in spices for a few hours. How could I resist? And what great decision it was ! My son went for the ‘Bilash Super’ , My wife chose Aloo Gobi Masala and we shared Saffron rice and delicious Garlic naans. The food was mind blowing! All washed down with a few Cobras and a bottle of wine we Finished off with a very refreshing Cheesecake accompanied with fresh fruit and mango sauce. Just Perfect ! Overall the whole experience was amazing and we can’t wait to return. Thanks to Mo and the Bilash team, see you soon!

Visited today for my daughter's birthday, and I was really disappointed with the service. They clearly stated that they wouldn't serve my son, who is only 4 and has multiple allergies. This is the first restaurant that has outright refused to serve him. We've been to many takeouts and restaurants that offer alternatives, and he’s had food from places where cross-contamination was a concern, but no one has ever said they wouldn't serve him or that he couldn't bring food from outside. Thankfully, I had already ensured he has eaten something or he would have been starving; he ended up just having fries. I understand they might be trying to protect themselves in case of any incidents, but not having alternative options for someone with food allergies is unacceptable. I've had better steaks elsewhere. At least now I know what this place is like, and I won’t be coming back. Steak looks really dry and the presentation is dire.

We visited but were very disappointed in service and food, Recommend to all don't waste your time and money.

Platters are great, good variety in both the meat and seafood platters . Naan bread delicious and seated and served quickly

I have to say is the food was not good at all. I place that can’t even get the nachos right ! Worst nachos I’ve ever had left it after one bite. The lasagna was horrible with bland chicken inside. Lamp chops barely had any flavour. The mojito was ok. And to top it off it was very cold in the restaurant where the door keeps opening. Staff were alright maybe new as they were a quite forgetful.

We had a civil wedding reception party for 50 guests. The venue went above and beyond to cater for us. The food was delicious and served with love and care. We had a vegetarian menu which was delicious. The set up and flower wall was great and we got lots of beautiful photos. I understand that there's new owners and must say we were very well looked after. I would recommend the venue for small parties. We loved the food so much that we got them to cater for 130 guests for a party at home a week later. They were very reasonable and even gave us the waiters to serve us at home. Brilliant food.

Great friendly staff , the food is fantastic and i will definitely be going again soon ,The chicken kebab in garlic naan is excellent.

Food was really good. Recommend the chicken tikka masala. Very tasty and enjoyable. Would use again.
