Not very good - ordered from you for the first time and order was messed up - Missing item and incorrect item!!!

I’m sorry I love the food but I decided to get some poppadoms this time. 90p for one poppadom is crazy 😂I’m used to Indians just giving poppadoms complimentary. I decide we could do with them and the funniest thing is opening this massive bag for a tiny poppadom? It’s funny but at the same time what the hell?

We just had a great meal here. Although it was very busy (NYE) and the staff were rushed off their feet they were still really friendly, professional and efficient, the food was fantastic and very good portions and reasonably priced. We will definitely return.

Great place for light hearted meal. Good price

The food is very delicious, I always buy my noodles from here. One of the best in huddersfield. However, there is no option for card payment, which is inconvenient. The store itself also doesn't have a great atmosphere, as it could have improved lighting and dining areas e.g the tables and seating.

As frequent customers I can honestly say that this a fun local restaurant with consistently good food.

Ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken, received over fried batter, no chicken at all, mentioned this to waitress not interested. Wouldn’t recommend or return.

I have bad experience in there i had experience very bad customer service and they didn't realize how bad there customer service

Sad to say, but I would not recommend. Very pricey for very small portion… little to no atmosphere and genuinely a waste of time. £58 for the only available bbq set + £7 for lettuce/spring onion = £65. Korean Fried Chicken £13, not fresh and obviously reheated. Korean pancake £15. With 1 portion of steamed rice shared by 3 people, we paid £110 and all left the restaurant hungry. If you want a good Korean Barbecue, there is endless places to choose from in Central London. Kangnam Pocha, Pochawa Grill, Arang… all better quality, good vibe and well priced. My advice to the owners is to try the actual food being served, try other restaurants, and they will quickly notice a lot has to be changed.

Every so often, my family orders a takeout from Mazaaa! My familia say the food is quite tasty and well cooked (as images show).. Although what frustrates them is (at times) the food may be a little too spicy than expected/portion size is not enough/even a bit burnt (maybe they are just being greedy). :D Mr Shahid (the owner) has great customer service and customer relation skills, as do a few of his staff, such as his sidekick - the man who usually manages the phone orders... This place is well run at busy times when Mr Shahid is actually there..Because Mr Shahid makes sure that orders are sent out in due time. This diner is always kept clean and tidy whenever I pop in to pick up my order. Mazaa also has delivery service (with deliveroo and Uber Eats). It's quite useful as it saves us a deal of time if we decide to order online. My review went down to 3 stars because in the past we had ordered a portion of chicken and chanaa daal but instead we only received a portion of chanaa daal which was quite oily to the point that it had spilt through the paper bag.. And, (more recently) we had to wait over an hour for our order - It was only a small order as well.. In the future, we will try to order at less busier times, yet that can't always be the case because we only order on weekends. Although, one must consider that staff are sonetimes are dealing with many orders at one time, and therefore, they can make a mistake in order and/or increase the predicted ready time of the order... We know you can do better than 3 stars.

Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for the order to arrive. The food was greasy and cold. Could not eat it, it went straight in the bin.
