First time visitor today had a roast and couple of lagers and must say the food was lovely the barman and lady was friendly and great service. the atmosphere was great will be returning for sure.

Utterly sensational. This small Cafe is one of my absolute favourites for a nice fry-up. The family run business is so personable too, always make an effort to remember you and your regular order, always friendly and always welcoming. Happy to make adjustments. Just fabulous.

I understand people are sat at the front of the pub to make it look busy to people passing by. We booked our table yet we were put on top of others at the front even tho it was half empty i was dissapointed but i didnt realise how awful the seating was until i realised people were walking in off the street squeezing past us, i could understand if it was full ! The broccoli side in a skillet was cold as was the veg with fish pie.

Open till late nice beer garden

Went in for a takeaway on a Friday night, not busy so can't understand why chips were anaemic, saveloy was stone cold and didn't even pack pie that was ordered, none of this was known until we got home. Definitely won't be going there again

Xmas dinner for a party was dismal. Staff were great but food was luke warm and tasteless. Three hotshots used to be a good place to eat.

Party of 17. Food hot and very delicious. Service was good even though we were all a bit cramped with other groups celebrating but other than that everything perfect.

Freddy is amazing And a very good landlord And his team is great. Feel very homely and a good thing you always have new IPAs all of time

We had our office Christmas party at the Glasshouse and it was fab! Danni was incredible and helped to make the evening a huge success. Service was terrific, food was great a real 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you to Danni and the rest of the team for making the night so enjoyable.

First time in this pub to meet some colleagues one evening, very busy, good range of beers, had some food, which I really enjoyed, great atmosphere, Friday evening so very lively

Awful place got there and no welcome. Was over run with kids just racing around and screaming. Parents just seating there. Place was dirty. Carvery needed better roast potatoes. And 2 other members of the party had to wait over an hour for thier meal. While kids screams run around crashing Into us. Nothing was said or done about it. Waited ages to be served.

We pre-booked a table for a family gathering over the Christmas break. I asked to be placed close to the softplay center due to having younger children with us. We where sat close to the in door softplay. There is also an outside play area which is viewable from the inside play center. The service was amazing. staff where helpful and kind and accommodating to extra requests (extra gravy for the roast dinners etc etc). Only criticism was not enough gravy on the roast. Food was hot when served and for a party as large as ours (11 people) it was served quickly together. Would visit again in both both winter and summer because of the inside and outside softplay. Please note the softplay is only one side of the pub, there is amble seating for families that do not wish to sit near the softplay area and be disturbed.
