Unfortunately Regent Court was closed due to refurbishments and so was offering takeaways only. We were staying a stones throw away so used Deliveroo to order our dinner. We had the mixed starter, egg fried rice, smoked chicken, chicken with garlic and pepper and sweet and sour chicken HK style. Food was delivered swiftly and arrived hot. Portions are very generous, plenty of meat. Taste was good. The satay sauce in particular had a wonderful sweetness followed by a bite of spice! I always think a takeaway will always taste slightly inferior to the eat in experience so, as this takeaway was impressive as it stands, I am happy to award 5 stars to this establishment.

The food here is usually good quality but soo overpriced. 2nd time in a row I’ve paid 13 pound nearly for a quarter of duck and you get a tiny bit of sauce at the bottom of the pot not enough for the amount of wraps the duck makes. I even wrote a note to ask for more this time and was still ignored. Noodles tasted very oily. Foods always very fresh usually and hate leaving bad reviews but I’m afraid it’s the last time I waste my money on the duck and probably wont be ordering as regularly as the price of everything is so expensive compared to other decent Chinese takeaways in swindon.

The food here is simply Fantastic! Good sized portions , i love the Chicken Chow mein , Curry & sweet & sour are so nice. Chips are delicious as is the Cod. We normally spend £40 -45 on 5 people so that is good. I cannot fault the food in here , the service is always good too. 10/10

Ordered a Chinese for collection got there to collect order was told we only take cash we were not told this when placing order. Only having phone on me to pay with my Apple Pay I asked what am I supposed to do they said go on our website order items again and pay through your phone the lady put all item I ordered through on my phone for and added a £3:99 delivery charge I said why are you charging me delivery I’m collecting order she said oh sorry. It would not take my Apple Pay payment so I had to ring my partner who then had to do a bank transfer to them. When I get home we realise there is a meal missing so rang them up was asked can you have it next time you order or can you come collect it I said no I’m not coming back out after all the trouble earlier. They finally said we will sent it out to you 30 minutes later. Shocking service will never go back again do not recommend

Easily the best chinese takeaway in Swindon. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The food is always so tasty and fresh. The staff are lovely too.

Me and my friends are regular customers and they always throw in prawn crackers. They must have a new staff called Nicola and because we were £1.70 off the £30 she said no. We’ve always have been given these. When I questioned it she was abrupt, rude…absolutely shocking after we’ve spent so many orders with my friends at china kitchen. Terrible customer experience.

If you have an allergy, Emma is incredibly helpful and accomodating, going out of her way to give amazing service. Thank you for delicious pie & chips, you made me feel very safe.

We came here for a christmas meal, there was 11 of us. The food was AMAZING, lots of flavour and the perfect temperature. The service was fantastic, the food and drinks were bought out quickly and the servers were always happy to help. We all agreed that we would come again. Definitely recommend!

This place is a joke, the food is not Chinese but some sort of home made mess. I ordered a chow mein and what turned up was far from that. Instead of the traditional flat style noodles they had used supper noodles, no bean sprouts just what looked like it had come straight out of a plastic pot. We had ordered other dishes but every dish was the same and drenched in sweet and sour sauce. Great if you have ordered sweet and sour but if not then its a bit disappointing to say the least. Would avoid this place like the plague

Decided to give Sammy’s a try and both my partner and myself agreed the best local Chinese around . We arrived just after 17.40 last Saturday and was told it would be about a 45 minute wait . The food was excellent and plenty of it .Highly recommend the Chefs special curry and House special noodles. The Spring rolls easily passed the paper bag test and the Sweet and Sour Pork Balls and Prawn Crackers completed a fabulous meal .

A Thursday night meal after 5 using £5 vouchers was pleasantly catered for by smiling staff and great selection of Chinese food cooked to perfection. Robot tray collector is entertainment for kids, and good selection of tasty foods entertainment for all. There was variety of dishes from spicy to savoury and s griddle where you can find shredded duck and meats cooked to your liking. Overall. best all you can eat Chinese I've been to because of quality of selection and yummy food to eat.
