Special meal with excellent service.

One of the best meals I’ve eaten! Food was cooked to perfection with so much flavour. Highly recommend!

We have dined at this new restaurant twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed our meal both times. We are particularly impressed at the freshness of the ingredients and the attentiveness of the lovely staff. We really hope it gets the success it deserves, we will definitely be back.

An odd experience. The rooms and common areas are very thread-bare, dated, and sparsely furnished. The restaurant was probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had (53 years). The grounds are quite nice.

Really tasty crepes and amazing 5* customer service. The smoothies are also really good. Highly recommended

As a French person living in the UK, finding a bakery that does French bread and pastries is just the best. I go anytime I can and I admit I have missed it since I moved out of Malvern!

French style tapas, perfect spot for an intimate date night! Serving authentic French dishes and delicious desserts this place is the perfect spot for a date night. Plus there’s free parking just outside which is always a plus in Bristol!

Just went for a 1 night dinner, B&B break. A small boutique hotel with a small pool, hottub, and sauna, plus massage facilities. The food was excellent from the 2 AA rosette restaurant for dinner & breakfast. Nice small bar area, plus the lounge. Very cosy in the winter. The bedroom was clean and tidy and well equipped. Sadly ot was very foggy during our visit,...so we look forward to returning in Spring or Summer to take in the views.

An amazing memory. This establishment is nothing better than 5*. The experience is made by the quality of the staff, nothing is too much trouble, but they made you feel it all came so naturally and was there just waiting for you. The grounds on the 24hrs stayed we’re just lovely, such a natural garden, not tidy rows and everything like soldiers…..more like your own garden,with netting to try and keep the cabbage whites off, and others where the butterflies got in, A real gardeners garden, it was a delight. The food was good, and so was the theatre of the dining room service. Even down to an Italian member of staff having a chat about tomatoes while we had coffee in one of the sitting rooms. We exchanged information about different varieties it was like chatting to one of my sons.

Had cappuccino offee and a cake. Coffee was poor (bitter, small), cake was ok. Had to go up to collect cake after coffees had been brought to table without. Cost moderate but not a lot less than much better nearby. Hopefully was off day, but they will have to up their game to attract me in again.

Lively locaton but setting of the tables is a big let down. I hate looking at people eating while sharing the experience with other person I want to talk to while eating. Unfortunately I don’t feel comfortable turning my head 45 degrees each time I communicate with someone. Also, staff did look quite a lot at us while eating which made eating quite unpleasant. Food wise, nice food. Unfortunately salmon and lamb overcooked. Sweetbreads didn’t find it particularly tasty. I wouldn’t go back based on the price unfortunately.

Always outstanding. Beautiful restaurant and setting run by a wonderful husband and wife team. The food is consistently superb and extremely fairly priced for the quality and experience. I cannot recommend the sundial highly enough and we feel so lucky to have it near to us. It’s an amazing venue for a special family dinner or romantic meal. Thank you Mary and Vincent for being such wonderful hosts.
