This is a great pub. It serves a great selection of beers and serves them very well. It is friendly and welcoming. A great place to meet people.

Food was good really enjoyed it. Friendly staff and helpful, good value for money too. Would definitely go again

A Truly Disastrous Dining Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I have traveled extensively across the world, dining in numerous countries and I can confidently say that my experience today at Hush Restaurant in Holborn was the worst I’ve ever had. We arrived with two separate groups, my group of six and my staff in a group of three, each with separate reservations. To our shock, we were told that one of our tables could not be accommodated because they had given it away to two walk-in parties. Despite our reservations, they prioritised walk-ins over us, leaving my staff stranded with no table. Once seated, the nightmare continued. The food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, with no communication from the staff to explain the delays. When we inquired, we were simply told, “let me check,” and we were left in the dark for the rest of the meal. The service throughout was abysmal, slow, inattentive and completely unprofessional. When we finally managed to speak with the manager, we were met with excuses about being short staffed and having someone call in sick. To add insult to injury, when we expressed our dissatisfaction at the end of our meal, the manager’s response was, “What do you expect me to do? I’m trying my best. Write to HR if you have a problem.” This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering dining at Hush in Holborn to reconsider. There are countless other restaurants in London that value their customers and provide the service you deserve this is not one of them. Avoid this place at all costs.

Really disappointed with my visit to Nandos tonight. Started very well and ushered to a seemingly nice booth at the bottom of the restaurant. We soon became aware of an AC vent above us that was blowing cold air, the staff were unable turn this off, so we asked to be reseated and they willingly obliged. 30 mins later I had spied food that looked like my order on the kitchen side... it was there for a solid 10 mins before being brought over to our table, needless to say it was cold. Again I made my grievance known and they took my food away to redo it. My family were growing increasingly frustrated as I stole their chips while I watched them devour their chicken. Eventually my food came out, only without any sides... so I raised my concerns again waiting for the sides while I ate my (now warm) burger - unfortunately there was no extra hot sauce on it... choosing to bite my tongue I added the sauce and finished it off and eventually my sides arrived... the kids had had enough by this point and had long left the table, choosing to peruse the shops while my very patient wife waited with me... £68 worse off and a very frustrating and disjointed 'family' meal ruined by poor service, poor communication and some.real bad luck.... Needless to say, I won't be going back!!

I ordered a delivery,I have used this kebab place as a local for years,my order came without any doner bread,the meat was not it's usual standard and seemed rushed,I phoned just to say they made a mistake,forgetting the bread,the person who answered was a new worker I think,said wait a minute,so I waited 3 min while he served someone else,no politeness,made me more angry as I would have took an apology,and I was the first customer who he dealt with,anyway, I won't use the takeaway again,maybe new staff with an attitude.

I’ve been to this Nando’s before and it wasn’t great but was a while back so decided to give it another go today. Food was not the best, the halloumi cheese was undercooked so had to ask for it to be on the grill for an extra minute. The chicken was a bit pink too but just eat around that as didn’t want to ask further. Service wasn’t too bad. Atmosphere was like most Nando’s, fine. Food just not the best.

Was rudely spoken to by one of the supervisors called Mark, who was really dismissive and sarcastic to me. Left a complaint on nandos website.

Super easy to order through the app and the service was excellent. Not everything on the menu was available and vegetarian stuff we ordered didn't quite hit the mark. Chicken was excellent though.

Ordered food to be told at the last minute no roast veg for the soup but could have celeriac!!!! Then all of a sudden they found some roasted veg?? From the freezer no doubt as soup was not very hot.calamari over cooked and the chicken burgers greasy Not from around here so deffo won't be returning

This is without doubt the best restaurant in Bakewell (we did not try the Michelin starred iptin as we find them to be generally obsessed by presentation to the detriment of the experience). We have just enjoyed dinner there with our son for my wife's birthday. From the warm welcome at the door it was a great evening. Our hostess could not have been more helpful. There was so much choice of dishes we wanted to eat. Between us we had the Black pudding starter and the baked figs followed by an amazing Irish stew and two Turkeys. Every dish was mouth watering and so tasty. This is good hearty ultra edible food. We had to have a dessert - one ice cream, one PannaCotta bread and butter pudding and the icing in the cake - Crepes Suzette. This was without doubt the best meal we have had anywhere in the uk in years and I simply cannot understand why it is not number one in Bakewell. Having said that, the number one restaurant in Worcester is a fish and chip shop. We have no hesitation in recommending that you plan to eat here at least twice in any vacation to the area. A comprehensive menu, super service and amazing cooking Nous reviendrons dès que possible
