The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in England

Came to Social 114 today for the very first time and as you can see I've given it top marks for everything. . It sort of reminded me of those hip cool Cafe's you get in London ..really friendly staff, great food and coffee ...highly recommended

Lots of options for breakfast and lunch, including for veggies, not so much for vegans. I had the healthy breakfast which was tasty and very well presented. Really friendly staff. Food was tasty, cappuccino large and hot. Clean and comfy seating. Would definitely return if passing.

I have only been in a handful of times to buy a gift or a bottle for a dinner. Each time I had the best help, always nice. I would love to go for an evening sometime.

Update your opening times! Travelled over two hours to get here and totally ruined our night. Ridiculous.

I satisfied my desire to eat a coxinha with Brazilian flavor, excellent service, very friendly girls, a calm and spacious place so you can eat in peace and as much as you want hahaha

I cannot emphasise enough the quality of the food and the service at The Angel. My husband and I visited Ilfracombe for our 1 year anniversary and a few weeks before, I caught wind of this place and was lucky enough to get a table for 2 on a Saturday evening. My husband is vegetarian and I am a picky pescatarian and there was plenty on the menu for both of us. The food was really delicious, home cooked but prepared and served with professional style. We absolutely loved the aesthetic of the restaurant, it's intimate and beautifully put together. It was the best table service I believe I've ever had and we even had a chat with Carol the owner/chef about Sheffield, which she knew well. Whilst I understand they are now booked up until Christmas, if you ever get the chance to go, we would highly recommend it. What. A. Find.

Good food and service! Everything I've tried was really good! I've been to the one in Bold Steet twice this month. I just found out there is one closer to me which is in the Albert Dock so I will go there bext time as it seems they also have a more extensive menu on weekend. My favorite is the crispy sea bass!! Bhadji is also very good. Ox cheek is gokd but portuon is too small. Falafels are very good too. For one person, 2 plates seem enough. I have tried the baklava cheese cake but it doesn't stand out to me. I'd stick to the savoury ones. It was always easy to grab a table but probably the one in Albert Dock would need booking ahead.

Lovely place great food will be returning

We visited for our Anniversary Afternoon tea on a Sunday afternoon. Upon arrival the staff at the reception was just busy doing and not very welcoming unlike to other afternoon tea places we have been to.(where staff is just so welcoming from the door until you get seated). The room itself was very mesmerising especially the ceiling decor. Tables were nicely setup and place itself was not overcrowded. It has a cosy vibe. We started with sandwiches which were different to the norm and generally presentable with the sweet items unique and very. ice to looks at. We really wanted to like it but overall food taste and seasoning was just average, it felt like presentation was put above taste, which was a little disappointing. However service given by a lady waitress was very pleasant and warm They also do top ups of sandwiches and have halal options if requested. Whilst the experience was nice enough there are better tasting afternoons teas in London especially at this price point. With some tweak this could be exceptional.

My partner and I just finished our dinner at this restaurant and we are with full belly and happy. The food was no doubts authentic portuguese food and I felt like home. Also Mina our waitress was so nice which made our experience even better. Like the fact you have discount if you pay cash as we need to keep cash alive, so keep pushing cash payments! We will come back!
