Do what you say and be nice about it! No cream! The coffee lids are stuck together, you have to touch all to get one. This place is a disaster!

Very good and respectful restaurant and manager Ms Marjan was very helpful and friendly and she was managed 70 customers with patience and respect we are recommending this restaurant for all parties and big groups. Food was delicious.

Estuve en el hotel The Dilly 3 noches. Nada más llegar fui a reservar al restaurante The Terrace para el afternoon tea. La persona encargada de las reservas me dijo que lo tenían todo lleno para los próximos 3 días, que tan solo quedaba un hueco libre para el día siguiente a la 1 pm. Le dije que era muy justo que pudiésemos estar de vuelta en el hotel a esa hora y me dijo que no había nada más. Fui a recepción y a Concierge y la respuesta es que todo dependía directamente del restaurante. Entonces probé de reservar online y para mi sorpresa había huecos libres para cada hora al día siguiente y reservé para las 2:30pm. Lo peor fue que cuando llegamos al día siguiente a las 2:30pm estaba el restaurante prácticamente vacío, solo había 3 mesas pequeñas ocupadas (foto adjunta). Me sentí totalmente engañada y me pareció inaceptable. Nadie se hizo responsable y nadie respondió a mis quejas. La única persona que respondió y se disculpó, aunque sin poder explicar lo que había pasado, fue Selim Atias (senior guest relations manager) quien fue muy amable y comprensivo. La calidad del afternoon tea es regular. Los scones lo mejor, los sandwiches un poco secos y las figuras dulces son muy vistosas y bonitas a la vista pero demasiado duras y empalagosas para comer. Hay sitios muchísimo mejores.

I was enjoying an Aussie NYE with a girlfriend that lives in the Uk. Myself I travel to London once a year to visit my son & grandson. We had a wonderful lunch with fabulous staff that helped me get into their WiFi to watch Australian NYE fireworks. Food was delish Prosecco perfect for the occasion with staff popping in to check out the fireworks 1pm UK time. . Anyway the next day I thought there was an overcharge and called, Dalia answered and was amazing on the phone to assist me asked me to email the details and reassured me she would answer and sort it out. Later it dawned on me what was wrong and that it was my fault, the exchange rate was horrible at that moment, I apologized for my mistake and thanked them for their professional service. I will eat their ever visit to the UK and Covent Garden .

I gave special instructions when booking due to my guests birthday and they were ignored sadly. It also felt quite crammed and loud.

My God the food was dreadful. If you want cheap, unauthentic, overly processed grub then this is the place for you. Even the melted butter with the dough balls tastes weird, like they add something to it so it doesn't solidify at room temperature, it almost tasted plastic. The service by the fantastic Polish waiter was wonderful and the atmosphere was good, buzzy. But never again, I only ate due to sheer starvation and a lack of time before the theater 🎥

Had a wonderful lunch at Browns Covent Garden. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. Our waitress, Ada, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend!
