Waiting for over half hour for the food to turn up freezing cold chips we’re soggy

I visited this fine dining establishment yesterday and I purchased a 5 piece spicy wing meal. The portion was MASSIVE it was delectable I nearly orgasmed. I must visit again next time with the family. Big up munchies

I had a tuna sandwich from here that gave me food poisoning. A very unpleasant experience to say the least.

For the price you would expect the food to be hot enough but its not. Over £15 for a sausage roll, the small ones sausage barm and a coffee. I could have a table meal for less. Service was ment to stop you shopping don't except cash what a joke.

Snails move faster here to get food once ordered. Must either be the staff, manager or the outdated system. Traffic was quiet and was 9pm at night mid week. No people eating inside. What is going on?

Rubbish company policy. Will not exchange unwanted Christmas gifts because they were bought online? So thanks John Lewis, no Christmas gift this year as the credit went straight back to the purchaser. Will not be shopping with John Lewis in future.

The food is fine, but the customer service is terrible. I went there yesterday, and all the tables were very dirty. I asked for a table to be cleaned so I could eat, and the girl took a wet cloth and wiped the table, leaving it so wet that it was disgusting to sit down. I ended up having to wipe the table myself.

Watford gap services slow service staff very nice and friendly place clean but portion of chips in the happy meal was very very small

Every Friday me and my family member go to Stoby's for Lunch. Serving staff including the owner Mr DG go out of their way to provide excellent service. We have to wait 10 mins for our fish and chips and its worth it because it is the best fish and chips in Town.

6 items missed off order no white coffee, not their finest 5 mins…… will avoid in future
