Amazing Christmas Dinner Experience! Last week, my family and I had an incredible Christmas dinner at Zonzo Restaurant. We had made a booking a while ago and were so excited to come here together. The food was absolutely delicious, with great flavors and high quality. The atmosphere was lively and bustling, which added to the festive spirit. We had such a wonderful time, and I want to express my gratitude to the manager and the entire team at Zonzo for making this evening so special. Everything was perfect, and we truly appreciate the effort they put into making it such an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much!

My God the food was dreadful. If you want cheap, unauthentic, overly processed grub then this is the place for you. Even the melted butter with the dough balls tastes weird, like they add something to it so it doesn't solidify at room temperature, it almost tasted plastic. The service by the fantastic Polish waiter was wonderful and the atmosphere was good, buzzy. But never again, I only ate due to sheer starvation and a lack of time before the theater 🎥

The restaurant entrance beautiful and overall beautifully appointed. Food was excellent and service average. Went in as a family and this is our fourth visit. Everytime it seems they take families under duress. We didn’t have little kids or babies . They advertise a 3 course fixed price until 5 pm. When I asked about it I was told it’s “suspended “ but they have “forgotten” to remove it from their web site. Feel it was slightly a con to make you use the main menu. It’s not a family friendly restaurant is my feeling. We eat and spend freely so not looking for a cheap night. Just think they are disingenuous .. on positives , great food …

We booked this in advance, as a post theatre meal. We arraived about an hour early to see if we could get in, the staff were very accomadating and gave us a table. The choice of food was fanstatic and the service second to none. I would highly recommend this resturant.

Allthough we were 35 min late (train disruption) for our reservation they kept the Seats. One pizza was served later because wrong one was made. Taste of the food was very good. A lot of noise in the restaurant.

Hemos comido en muchos Zizzis y generalmente tenemos una buena experiencia. Con al menos un celíaco confiamos en ellos por su buen menú gf. Vinimos a almorzar y era bastante tranquilo. Como teníamos dos niños en el grupo nos sentamos lo más lejos posible de los otros comensales. Se sentía muy extraño, como si no quisieran niños allí. El servicio era tan lento que casi nos fuimos, pero finalmente se tomó nuestra orden. Entonces nada, por siglos. Pedimos para nuestros niños entrantes (literalmente pepino y zanahorias, nada cocinado). Finalmente aparecieron. El agua del grifo de la mesa nunca llegó. El risotto de hongos era minúsculo, mucho más pequeño que en otros Zizzi’s. Preguntamos sobre esto y se sugirió que pidamos un plato extra! El penne de los niños era pequeño. Porciones muy malas. Para cuando terminamos, después de haber estado allí durante casi 2 horas no podíamos esperar para irnos. Nunca he tenido un servicio así en un Zizzi.
