The best restaurants in Manchester North West

Great family run restaurant. 2nd visit. Good food. Great service.

UPDATE: I received a notification from Google and was reminded I left this review a year ago. In response to their reply I sent an email back then but received no reply to rectify the bad service. Hopefully it’s improved since I went :) I am utterly disappointed and appalled by the customer service. I heard great things about the restaurant and booked in with 4 of my friends for a stag do. Upon arrival we weren’t even greeted with so much as a smile or even a simple “hello”. Just shown to a table in the corner. The restaurant was cold and had a broken light in the toilet. I wouldn’t usually complain or leave a bad review but the waitress that served us was beyond rude… To the point where she got angry at us for not knowing exactly what we wanted straight away. After we were made to rush our orders she came over with the wrong starters. When we told her they weren’t ours she insisted that they were and got annoyed with us. There wasn’t even an apology when she realised she was wrong. When we got our food and drinks everything was (practically) slammed down onto the table and we all felt nervous to ask for things that were missing. The food itself was okay but the starters were well overpriced. After we finished our meals I spoke to the manager (who was actually lovely and very understanding) and she explained that there have been on going issues with members of staff. It was so bad the table next to us complained about the same issues. It quite simply isn’t a cheap restaurant so terrible customer service is completely unacceptable. Despite receiving a small discount it didn’t matter as the whole experience was awkward and ruined a special occasion.

Excellent food, massive portions and welcoming staff, you should make an effort to visit when in Manchester!

Cannot recommend this place enough. The food is absolutely incredible - authentic Vietnamese with delicious flavours. Some dishes are HALAL so please ask about these. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The queue is always long so I'd recommend booking before going! The papaya salad and beef ribs are my number one dishes - Also recommended grabbing a Vietnamese iced coffee on the way out, the popcorn flavor is delicious.

Great Christmas Dinner here. Brilliant portions and absolutely stuffed when finished. Well worth the money.

First time here with me and my 12YO. Service was super friendly and efficient. Burrito was amazing. Really fresh. We will definitely be returning. Thanks to Clara for looking after us so well xx

I've eaten at some of the world's highest rated restaurants and mana is easily their equal. So many of the courses hit hard, especially with their incredible drinks pairings. Can't recommend this restaurant enough.

Absolutely amazing food, the burgers are so tasty and the donner meat is juicy. A little spicy for my liking but my partner really enjoyed it. Milkshakes are lovely kinderella cake is top notch

No Kids on a Sunday afternoon is a strange choice.
