The best restaurants in Wakefield Yorkshire and The Humber

Great take away and amazing food, for me this is the best bean curd in Wakefield. The service was also excellent, will be coming back for more :)

We wanted/needed a quick takeaway after being badly let down at the Darrington Pub nearby. Ordered online whilst enroute, on arrival I waited 10mins and the food was ready for us, staff friendly and had time to chat despite being very busy in there !! Ate the food when we got home and our £25 order was spot on, tasty and great value !! We’ve ordered from Khans previously and we’ll definitely order again in the future 👍🏼

we arranged to meet some friends here we had a lovely meal the staff were so helpful and friendly they accommodated what my son asked for that was not together on the menu. the food was lovely and we will be back again

Didn't eat, went for drinks. Pub has been refurbished to a very high standard, much more space, excellent selection of drinks, now including hot drinks. Also, now offer food and a dining area. However, the pub has kept it's traditional feel, look and atmosphere. Staff freindly and helpful as ever.

Loved the place. Nice food. Staff there was very nice. We came late with a group of friends, they entertained us warmly.

Don't visit this place service is atrocious empty pub sat down for breakfast with our small well behaved dog to be told after ordering and getting our coffees that dogs aren't allowed and we will have to sit outside in -8 degrees frozen solid tables and chairs. It's a massive pub on a well known dog walking route by the canal very poor service. We couldn't have possibly have sat outside so had to leave . Will not be visiting again

Very poor quality of Roast dinner. Everything tasted like instant or ready meal especially the gravy. The only vegetable that came with roast dinner were frozen peas or we have to add as sides. Very disappointing meal….

Best Chinese in Wakefield HANDS DOWN, very busy today but the food was probably best I’ve had yet🙌

bacon ok. beans and tomatoes ok.. sausages not that great.. over 30mins late. sorry. other than that ok if your desperate for food.

what can i say. i had reheated and rubberised chrispy chicken. i actually got jaw ache eating it. i was so close to taking it back. the food was not the best honestly!! but thanks for the free prawn crackers were a treat and the best part off the meal... i think also some cleaning of the shop is needed. the shop windows are filthy full of cobmebs. they dont look like they have been cleaned in years!! i should have turned around and walked out when i saw the state!! passed onto FSS as recommendations for another food safety and hygiene inspection be done

Need to change opening times on the door and Google. Advertised as open until 8pm but closed at 19:15. Cheers, kids are crying now. Gave extra star as staff are decent when it’s open.
